We booked online. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation. My 80 and 81 year old grandparents were with us and the staff asked us to wait an hour and half and would not let them sit down.

Upon receive confirmation from Quandoo, restaurant called to pay deposit to secure the reservation which not stated during reservation. Staff said - No deposit no reservation

experience at city hotpot was good! not very crowded and the set was value for money

Nice and clean environment. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The soup base is yummy. Worth for the money for the set meal. The meat is fresh n tender.

i like the signature wagyu beef, love that they provided a 20% discount on top of our bill! it's not that crowded as what i have expected.

We made the reservation for 1pm, but we still need to wait till 130pm. Wait for other customers finish their lunch and the staffs to clean up the table.

Great food and services at city Hotpot. I was late for my appointment and the waiter say it’s okay as long as the table is vacate for the next customers in 2 hrs later. Which I think is reasonable for a steamboat.

Good food,Had the seafood and pork set for lunch. It is worth the priCe. But the service can be better, we need to ask for a few time before they can refill our soup.

Food was excellent. Staff service was neutral. None of them respond to my requests promptly and sometimes, they actually forgotten about it and I had to remind them again and again.

The fish milk soup was nice and the meal was very filling since they were not stingy with the vegetables and meat. They also provide free refill of the soup, the service and attitude of the staff was reasonably good as well.

It's a ideal gathering place with friends and family. They serve individual hotpot. The meat is fresh and there is a lot of soup base choices.

Good quality lunch set. A lot of vegetables and meat. Tom yum and Tomato soup are only alright. Presentation is good as well. Would visit again
