Set within a casual yet charming space on Bukit Timah Road, Casa Roma has been delighting Singapore foodies for over 20 years. Inspired by rich Italian cooking techniques and modern European cuisine, this is the place to visit when you’re craving wholesome comfort food classics. We recommend kicking things off at Casa Roma in Bukit Timah with a couple of starters to share – it’s always best to dine with friends who like to share, so you can sample as much as possible. We love the melanzane alla parmigiana of mozzarella wrapped in oven-baked eggplant; deep-fried calamari and baby clams cooked in a white wine and tomato sauce. Delicious!
Then, for us it’s all about the pizza. You’ll love the selection at Casa Roma Bukit Timah, and recommend you sample the pollo topped with grilled chicken, onion, red capsicum and mozzarella; the frutti di mare loaded up with prawns, mussels, clams, squid and mozzarella or the classic caprese with mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and basil. If pasta is what you’re craving, make sure you try the tagliatelle with smoked salmon and mushrooms or the gnocchi cooked with bacon in a creamy tomato sauce. With plenty more Italian and European dishes on offer, you’d best book a table at Casa Roma Singapore as soon as possible.
Cozy little restaurant. Quality of appetisers and main courses such as pizzas and pastas was pretty good. Simple ambience though authentic experience. Recommended to try at least once.
Food is so-so. I thought it was better a couple of years back. The service is also so-so though we were the only customers at first followed by another table.
Pretty good ambience... not so impressive food. Nevertheless, friendly staff and acceptable waiting time. Food wasn't bad, just a little hackneyed taste wise. But everything else was OK.
