Get ready to scream. Located in Singapore’s Alexandra neighbourhood, Carrara is a lush ice cream parlour and cafe with a great many notches in their belt. It was 2015 that saw this cafe family make their first scoop of delicious creamy ice cream and gelato. Fast forward a couple of years and the team has made their mark with a total of three outlets on the island. The most recent one being Carrara cafe, where locals and visitors alike can tuck into all-day breakfast, beautiful fresh pasta, salted egg yolk fried chicken waffles, salmon salad and – of course – their artisanal handcrafted gelato.

The gelato, waffles and cones are all locally made from scratch using only the very best ingredients. The selection is endless (we’re talking over 100 flavours), from earl grey lavender and Belgian dark chocolate to lychee coconut and bluepea lemongrass pandan (which won the 1st runner up position at the Singapore Gelato Championship 2019). Heck, there’s even a Tiger beer gelato.
