The food was great but smaller than normal portions you would find at an Italian restaurant. We had the mozarella, tuna, and beef. The bellini was good too.

food is quite good, though the portion size isnt a lot (but i guess reasonable for the price) service can be better (we had to wait awhile before we got hold of the menu, thereafter the waiter was impatient and kept egging us to order citing the reason that the menus arent enough to go around)

When I walked in, I said I make a reservation at 7, they said my table was table 16, however when they r bring me to my table, my table was actually taken up by another couple. The soup of the day was abit salty, the staff that serve us was abit inexperience. The food presentation was ok. But overall the food taste not really that nice. Wanted to order a small slice of cake ($3) for my hubby as it was his birthday. End up the staff told me that their boss has actually prepare another slice of cake for us. (I did inform them in advanced that I'm celebrating my hubby's birthday.) It was nice of the boss I thought at first, in the end I'm still paying for the slice of cake at $7. Zzz!

Place was a bit dead on a Thursday night. Pizzas are so-so and more or less the same. Pastas fared better. Affogato tasted good. Service was attentive and friendly.

Food was good, serviCe less so. The staff were friendly but slow. The serving was quite generous for the pizza. The dessert degustation was too small. In all, an average experience

Food is passable, ordered the pasta sampler of 6 different pasta. Price is reasonable. Service is quite slow perhaps there are not enough staff for a Friday night.

Good value for money pastas and house wines by the glass. Gelato selection was decent too. Can do better with more variety and better plated desserts and cakes.

The food at Bottura is rather authentic. :) We particularly enjoyed the pasta degustation menu... we strongly advise against eating it yourself. it is definitely share-able. The big pizza is also good for sharing. We didnt have much space for dessert, so that will have to wait till a second visit. Service was spotty and slow, and a dish did not arrive, despite us asking about it. The staff insisted that the dish was served, which was confusing. The place also STRICTLY shuts at 10pm, with the staff constantly reminding you of the fact every couple of minutes.

Had a really enjoyable dinner with my wife, the food was really good, loved the hand made pasta. The starters and their gelato was also very good. We didn't try the pizza, we will do next time! I was surprised by the bill, the prices are really low for this quality of food and level of service

no hiccups with the reservation. the food was a disappointment as I had read good reviews that the food is priced affordably and the taste is not compromised. turns out they were wrong. price was very competitive but the food quality was poor. the taste and esp the plate presentation was bad. 3 of our the 4 dishes I ordered looked the same, even though they ranged from salad to main course. ambience was alright but nothing to rave about. the manager came around to ask if all was well but pretty much walked away without hearing what i had requested for. wont be going back for sure.

I'm a big fan of Italian food and I tried many Italian restaurants in Singapore and this is for sure my favourite already. I've been here 4-5 times and every time I'm totally satisfied, the food is excellent and staff is nice and friendly. The portions are nice and large and the wines are great too.

tasty food, good service! portions were just nice but some gentlemen may find it on the small side. staff is advised to advise future clients that their roast beef dish is served medium and cold. otherwise, pastas and pizzas were great!

Hair in pasta, forgetful service crew did not remember to chase replacement dish and we waited for 20mins for replacement to be delivered. Food is ok

Portion was Too little, a few part timers are not familiar with menu offerings. Taste of food was generally ok, but definitely not filling enough. Ordered 2 salads, 1 pasta, 1 roast beef and 1 waffle with 2 scoops of gelato and yet the 2 of us left a little hungry still. Portion of Gelato with waffles also not generous compared with other cafes.

Absolutely love the Tagliolini Zebrati con Gamberetti e zucchini (Egg and squid ink tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini). Portion size was good as well. Pizzas on the other hand, we're not as good IMO - lack of ingredients and crust was thick.. Service staff was attentive. Overall, I will be back.

Dined here with a friend on a Saturday evening. Service was a little slow, and they seemed a little understaffed. My friend had the polenta lasagne and didn't like it at all. He only ate 2 spoonfuls of it and left the rest of it (about 80%) untouched. Caution to those who may want to try it- taste is a little unique and not everyone may be fond of the dish. I had the egg and squid ink tagliolini and quite enjoyed it. Overall, an okay experience but we had to go hunt for dinner elsewhere for him after that!

The staff were knowledgeable and explained the current promotions and food well. The soup of the day, which was a creamy tomato with a nice sized portion of creamy mozzarella, was so good. I would return just for that soup! We had the 4 cheese with Parma ham tortellini, which had depth of flavour, soft to the bite and just right sauce. Even after 15 minutes the tortellini was still moist. A very good dish. I would recommend these 2 dishes. We also had a pizza, which was acceptable, but could be better. We had reservations for 8:30, so the restaurant was quiet at that time. But the tables are well spaced apart for a pleasant dining experience, if you don't mind being in the middle of a shopping mall.

Amazing food!! I was really impressed by the quality of everything we ordered. The cold cuts were of really high quality, then I had the Tortellini Panna, these were fantastic, really hand made and perfectly balanced in flavour, much better than what you find in fine dining restaurants in Singapore. The pizza was thin crust, light and with high quality toppings. Really fantastic food!! And the Italian manager did great job

Was at Bottura with two friends, and we found the service prompt and the food, particularly the pasta, was done really well and suited our palates.

Clean and efficient, with some good dishes on offer at a decent price. However the menu given to us differed quite significantly to the menu we saw on their website, with almost all the meat main dishes missing. We were looking forward to trying some of those dishes' but alas, it was not to be. Still, what was offered was pretty decent, although some dishes fared a lot better than others. Staff were friendly and efficient though.

Great experience with tasty food. It would be great if the servers took the initiative to serve ice water first while the customers are looking at the menu.

Extremely good food and reasonable service. Waitress was very amicable. Only gripe was that our pasta portion was significantly smaller than what our neighbors seated beside us had. So perhaps some consistency is needed?

the waiters feel very green and new. Need to remind three times to get a glass of water. Food was so so, not fantastic. could be better.
