Service was really bad. Was the first in line to be seated and spent five minutes looking at the waitress while she looked back at me. When I finally approached her, she said she didn't know what to do because it was her first day. Good luck trying to order from her once you're seated. Food standards also fell; ribs were as tough and dry as rubber. When I gave the waitress my phone for her to key in the restaurant's PIN to redeem my Entertainer offer, she didn't know what the PIN was and actually walked away with my phone instead of going to check the PIN and coming back. My phone has my e-wallet and sensitive information. Not coming back.

A little short handed but great food. Big portions, ribs were awesome. Everyone was happy with the whole experience, and we will go back again.

It's been a while since i last visited Bobby. Atmosphere is good, food is nicer but price a bit steep.

I came here with my boyfriend as he was craving for western food. We both really like the ambience, food and service was great! Highly recommended

While the food was a little on the pricey side, the quality was good. This was especially for the ribs which fell right off the bones.

The food and service were amazing. We had a hangover burger and ribs. One of the best in Singapore. A bit pricey but with their one -for- one/Groupon offers, it's worth every $. Kudos to Sharif, the assistant manager for being so hospitable!

I heard about Bobby from one of my friends. This is the first time I patronized Bobby. The food tastes good and the ambiance is nice.

The service is very good but the food was not too great. The food is too over priced. They only serve one serving of water.

Best and juiciest ribs in town. Pasta was delicious and savoury - aglio olio had a nice tinge of spice with fresh prawns. The carbonara was silky smooth and flavourful

Easy to locate the place because it is just next to City Hall MRT. The atmosphere was nice with delicious food and the waiter's attitude was good.

The pizza toppings was miserable. Though food was well prepared and yummy. Coleslaw way too much cream. menu prices were on the high side. One round of water ridiculous rule.

Always a great place to return again. Nice food & per person spending $60. For any group gathering its highly recommended

When we make the reservation. The resturant staff arrange to have it in the resturant but the air in the resturant was quite stuffy and warm. It wasn't a nice experience to have dinning in that environment.

Food were good. We all like the BBQ baby ribs. Pizza was really thin crust, nice. Price abut too high but will Groupon is almost 50% off. Inside seating too stuffy and warm. Air con not cold.

the steak was so hard and doneness is wrong even after the chef cook twice. The orange juice is not freshly squeezed type hence is a disappointment experience. I will only go there once and the last time.

Food is good thou the mushroom soup is a tad salty. The service crew are very attentive and we didn't have to wait long for the food to be served. Recommended place to dine :)

Good service good food, really friendly staffs, nice atmosphere. This is my 2nd time, it's really fantastic . The first time I watch Liverpool match the atmosphere was awesome

The experience was rather disappointing, to be honest. Firstly, food and drinks were rather pricey but taste was average. Had Jack Daniel's burger but it tasted like a regular cheeseburger. For iced water, there is even a policy that only the first cup is complimentary and the cup used was small.

The food is very delicious, the waitress down there is very friendly and polite. Service is very good. Will recommend friends to go there too.

Great place to chill out in the open. I find the drinks prices a bit too high though. The servers could be better trained and be more customer oriented.
