From the moment diners make their way from City Hall and are ushered into Bobby’s dining room, they know that the team mean business. Since its renovation in 2011, Bobby’s has dropped the all-American feel in the dining room, and replaced it with a serious industrial aesthetic, all exposed brick walls, steel piping and gas lanterns. Victoria Street and the CHIJMES complex is fortunate to have a restaurant with the longevity and reputation like Bobby’s, but even more fortunate to have access to Bobby’s BBQ ribs!

While ribs are Bobby’s bread and butter, the restaurant offers plenty besides that keep things interesting. There are classic bar snacks like potato skins and nachos, as well grilled salmon, faijtas and BBQ chicken, all given the Bobby’s American grill treatment. And, of course, there’s not a salon-joint anywhere in the US that doesn’t offer serious drinks, so expect a great range of beers and an ambitious cocktail menu. CHIJMES is a popular location in close proximity to City Hall for celebratory events in Singapore owing to its handy central location, and Victoria Street’s Bobby’s is no stranger to this.
