Expect flavour and lots of it at Black Knight Hotpot. You can opt for an individual or combination selection that comes with two soups served in beautiful, colourful cloisonne pots decorated with floral motifs. Delicious and aesthetically pleasing? Sounds just perfect, don’t you think?

To fill these delicious soups, you can select from your choice of premium meat, seafood or veggies. The meat on offer at Black Knight Hotpot is imported directly from Australia, America or Japan, while the live seafood is on display in tanks within the dining room. We recommend sampling the Sichuan spicy hotpot filled with tofu and beef tendon or the beauty pot with chunks of pig trotter and slices of tripe. If hotpot isn’t what you’re after, though, keep an eye out for the squid ink or fish paste udon noodle dishes or the specialty QQ noodles. A favourite for very good reason, we can’t recommend Black Knight Hotpot enough.
