Food was pricey but good. Was not too crowded and we got good service

The staff are all super friendly and nice! There was this auntie who served us and she was super attentive and helpful! Overall, nice place to chill but might be abit pricey - there is a minimum charge impose, depending on the soup base choice and there isnt alot of dessert/appetizer option.
The fact that the choice of soup base is tied to the total spend is somewhat less than customer-focused. And the whole menu structure becomes confusing as a result. Make things easy for buyers/diners! Overall, we felt it was overpriced. The condiment table choices were limited compared to less pricy alternative hotpot restaurants. The wait staff were helpful and attentive however.
