Food, atmosphere and ambiance were great. But service could be improved. Some were inattentive and could take more initiative to clean and wipe tables without being asked to. A smile from the cashier staff wouldn’t hurt too.

It was pleasant. The staff quickly sat us down and served the food within 10 min.

Service is not very good. Food took forever to arrive which spoiled the overall experience. Dining inside is very depressing. Not a nice set up. Recommend outside Food was ok. Nothing outstanding

it would have been a 6, but the place was too crowded. but we understand that it is Valentine's day and also the space constraint. Thus a 5, will definitely be back again another day!

Slow service and my order was forgotten. The service from the staffs could be better. Pasta was ok but waffles with ice cream was good.

Food is good but overall waiting time is quite slow during festive season. However the service is good. Will pay a visit back to the restaurant again.

Table was reserved in the area we requested and was a perfect location. Sally came over and introduced herself and ensured we had everything we needed. High chairs and baby crockery were readily available. Coffee and food were tasty and good value. Will come again soon.

Service could be better because water was self service. Had the truffle carbonara pizza and it was good. They also had a live band which was nice. And they had a chill atmosphere.

We made a reservation but we had to wait; that was not ideal for our foreign guests. But otherwise things were generally good. It is also one of the few options around Bukit Timah Campus so we didn’t have much in the way of other choices.

Recently revised this place after quite some time. I don't think I've had bad food here yet, although, it's not exactly the cheapest thing .

Ambiance was nice and service was impeccable. They were quick and attentive. Food was really delicious. Really enjoyed the lychee martini, sweet and refreshing. Had an enjoyable time

One of the best child friendly cafe among all in Botanical Gdn. Highly recommended for parents bringing kids. The food as well as the staff are fantastic!

Good food and great ambience. Wait staff are nice and friendly too. We sat outdoors as we had our dog with us. There is a big fan to keep us cool. Nice music too.

Made a reservation to celebrate my hubby’s birthday. The moment our family of four stepped into the restaurant, we felt unwelcome. Firstly, our reservation seemed to be overlooked. We were told that our reservation was for two pax and not four. Thus we couldn’t have a table of our choice. Having checked my email, it was certainly made for four pax. Anyways, we managed to get a corner table as the restaurant was not crowded. Throughout the dinner, the service staff tried to made up for this mistake by offering two small milkshakes and popping by our table too frequently. We felt too overwhelmed by her frequent appearance at our table. Food was just passable. Carnivore pizza with different types of meat was very salty and dough was too thick. Tiger prawn linguine was dipping with oil and the prawns given were tiny to be called tiger prawns. The ultimate was the dessert. There’s no dessert menu but she took out her phone and showed us a picture of the cakes. How unprofessional! Nevermind, we went on to ordered a slice of chocolate cake and repeated our order twice but cheese cake was served instead!!! She apologized but said that her service staff must have prepared the wrong cake?! And went on to say that cheese cake is delicious too. But our family do not like cheesecake and we have eaten cheesecake much better than that. The dining experience certainly spoilt our evening. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

Ambience is good n cozy. Menu is limited but food delivers the taste. The pizza is big n good for sharing. The service there is not that great n had to catch the attention of serving staff there.

Service was friendly and prompt. Food was great, worth checking out.
