Right on Marina Boulevard at MBFC Tower 3, the menu here is famous far beyond the area and consists of double-sided hotpot with a vast amount of choices and sets. For us, the tiger prawn set paired with the collagen cod fish bone soup is an absolute win if you’re dropping by for a business lunch. This being Singapore’s financial centre, BB Hotpot is best accessed via Downtown or Bayfront MRT stations. It’s casual, stylish and absolutely worth an advanced reservation.

Chances are you’ll smell the aromas wafting from BB Hotpot before you can actually see the restaurant inside Tower 3 of Marina Bay Financial Centre. Then, once you’re inside, it’s a large, bright and breezy space fit for casual occasions, business lunches, etc. Any variation of the double-sided hotpot you care to order is healthy and as fresh as it gets, but it’s best not to assume that BB Hotpot Singapore only specialises in soups. In fact, there’s plenty more besides that’s worth trying, not least the house special braised duck and tofu, as well as the Iberico char siew.

In terms of hotpot, four different homemade soups are available and diners can choose two of them to pair alongside each other. Collagen with cod fish bone, tomato, herbal and mala soups are the options, along with sides that include all sorts of veggies, meats, fish and seafood options. The best thing about hotpot dining is it’s casual and social and you get to try a bit of everything. BB Hotpot Singapore is one of the best hotpot experiences in the Marina Bay area and we can’t get enough of it.
