Overall okay but will not purposely go down to try

We ordered the thai curry fish head green curry and phad thai. Food was average, long waiting time despite not much crowd. Relatively small outlet with not much service staff, but they are friendly and very helpful though!

Great food as always. Have not been disappointed by anything on the menu before.

Food is always good. Love it that it is less crowded than other outlets so better dining experience as staff are more attentive.

There weren't many guests with the social distancing in place. Environment was a little noisy as the restaurant has an open concept and it shares the premises with their sister restaurant. Food arrived pretty fast - about 10 minutes after ordering. The Tom Yum noodle soup was tasty but did not have much tom yum paste in it.

Had dinner at Bangkok Jam on 19/12/19. This is my first visit ... Ordered the popular chicken in green curry ... Very disappointed in the food quality ... Food is too Salty & too Sweet ... Worse is hot food not hot at all ... Seem like left aside for quite sometime before serve to customer ... Did not honour their promotion too ( main course with free flow of drink ) but the staff insist no drink ... During payment staff did not ask for Membership too ... Will not visit this outlet again for such poor food quality & poor service ! Please review & improve !
