Most of the popular dishes, ie Tahu Telur, red ruby dessert etc were not available anymore when we got to there. The grilled sotong is hard and bland.

we had made a reservation at 3.45pm ..waiting time take a while to be seated even though had made a reservation..service very poor as the waiters doesn't know the order belong to which table..had order black olive fried rice but received black olive rice without pandan chicken as pandan chicken had sold out lol..even black pepper chicken also sold out ..most of the food that we would like to order had sold out..very disappointed
I have visited Bali Thai before with colleague past 15 - 20 years back. The recent visiting was a new experience to me with my family since there were many changes in Bali Thai.. I am glad that I have chosen Bali Thai for the meal after our staycation as the food served in the buffet restaurant that we booked and visited for dinner was terrible. The food that we received was NOT to the prices we paid for.. We are VERY PLEASED with the services renderred by the BALI THai - IMM branch and the food was marvellous. THANK YOU, BALI THAI and this will not be our last visit to your restaurant.
