Service was quick when we asked for coffee and tea, food was replenished quickly, food quality was adequately good. Our table for 4 pax was in the middle of the path which restricted mobility - we had to stand up and move our chairs out of the way whenever someone pushed a pram. There was enough children to make the section noisier than a foodcourt.

Nice ambience and good service with decent spread of food. Especially good seafood and sashimi stations. Pleasant experience overall. Restaurant pretty packed, booking ahead recommended.

Good quality food, nice restaurant perfect for family to have a quiet dinner in peace. Desserts are most welcome for my little princess. However, variety of food can be better. In this instance, too many crab dishes. Staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. Manager was polite and willing to listen to feedback. Will be even better if chefs behind counters can put on more smile to make diners feel even more welcome. After all, it is the whole package that counts and all staff, inclusive of food quality, plays a part. Overall, very satisfy.

We were there with a group 9 pax. The variety of food were not too bad but if you are looking for sashimi, it's not available. Serving staff were polite and nice eminence. There was an issue on the charges but with the prompt action by the restaurant Assistant Mgr., Damien Wee the issue was resolved. It was much appreciated for his efficiency in action. We are considering a revisit sometime soon.

Arrived at about 8-15pm . buffet spread not big ; split into western and asian section with dessert in middle. Western food not replenished for 45 minutes. Ribeye beef not cut . Chefs can be seen behind glass but clearly ignoring customer trying to catch their attention. Informed waiter but nothing happened . Managed to catch the captain who explained that Lack of manpower (chefs) was reason as existing team couldn't cope and had to prepare ala carts orders too. Captain kindly offered dish from ala carte menu and 'chased' team to replenish food. To be fair captain did served us beef at our table subsequently When bill came was charged the ala carte item offered by captain! Although reversal was given...dinner experience totally ruined!

In term of service it's quite disappointing, staff not properly trained, hence, lack the initiative to create a positive experience for the guests. Quality of food is just OK, crap is not fresh. Variety of food is good but for desert there is much room for improvement. Restaurant environment is too dark and uninspiring. Quite dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Wide variety of food and service staff is attentive and courteous. Will visit again. Price is lower than elsewhere and the atmosphere is peaceful and nice.

Good food and good environment. Our group totally enyoy the lunch. We are already planning the next gathering there. There was also no issue with parking.
