Having a lunch with colleague, food and price are reasonable.

High tea set portion rather petite but nice. Should have ordered ala carte. Nice ambience, service was slow probably lack of staffs.

The food was nice and we loved it! This was the 2nd time which I had visited Arteastiq @ Mandarin Gallery.

Ordered the national hi tea set. Food was good. One or two service staff was not really in a mood to serve that day thou.

Calming & peaceful place for a quiet dinner with family and friends. Highlight had to be the cold lychee tea.

Enjoyed the High tea items and will definitely be back again!

Squishy, staff very slow, serving food no cutleries , racist.. I prefer the branch at jewel As we always go for dinner.. I will not attempt to go to arteastiq mandarin again! Never!!!! It’s negative score for them 😡

The place was lovely. Instagrammable! The appetizers for the seafood high tea are heaven ❤. I liked the lychee tea, it's addictive! Definitely will be back to try other dishes in the ala carte menu.

It was a pleasant afternoon tea at Arteastiq , however it could have been better if we get a window seat.

Although we made a reservation before we down，because short of manpower we stand out and wait people come to attend us for quite long time,there is nobody there to stand by at the reception, food and drink everything is fine just that time for waiting the food is damn long and the dining time is only 1hour 30mins,so that we have to faster finish the food .

Pleasant experience at Arteastiq, Mandarin Gallery. Quite a lot of people given that we visited on a weekday afternoon. Recommend to book before going! Food was not bad, though serving was quite small.

Lychee tea is a must order. Lovely place for a relaxing time with friends. Had the seafood puff chowder which is yummy with quality ingredients! Big fresh prawns, salmon, scallop etc.

it was a really pleasant experience!! when i got there with my friend, me and her was really shocked and amazed by how the restaurant looked and how the chairs had pillows 😂. the people that were serving us were also super nice and patient with us. the food came faster than i expected and me and my friend were shocked how fast they came because usually we would always have to wait quite awhile. The food was also delicious and the drinks too! would definitely come here again to try out the desserts! but money wise they are quite expensive but it’s worth it!❤️

Have always like this branch at MG. No waiting time as I have made a prior reservation. The seafood high tea set we ordered is not bad but the portion is really just a bite size. Portion can be improved. Overall still a nice place with good ambience to have tea and gathering with friends.

Upon reservation, it’s not stated that diners have 1.5 hours to complete their meal in the restaurant. It should be indicated in their website and when a confirmation is sent to the customer. It’s only mentioned to the customer upon restaurant entry and we are being rushed into completing our meal.

We arrived late and only managed to order the last high tea option. Our preferred 2 options ran out. Not tasty at all.
