Great food. Quite a fast service. Will be nice when food is serve, they will inform what it is that's being served especially for the high tea, eventhough in the menu if stated what it is. However when served, some guests might not be familiar with the item. An elegant recommended place
Great place for tea and catch up with friends! I personally like the French rose tea which is a perfect non-caffeinated option. Also highly recommend their mushroom soup (only if it is available as soup of the day) and the farmer breakfast.
The mains were quite salty but it is still quite tasty:) the desserts were bad:/ ginger creme brulee is not for people who arent a fan of ginger as the gibger bits were quite overwheming..as for the matcha cheesecake,it is like eating matcha with fixzy sugar..totally no taste of the cheesecake..the drinks was awesome as always..however,desserts and mains can be further improved!
A quaint and nice place for high tea, but so much for lunch. 1 point due to the duck dish being quite salty that we had to use tabasco to alleviate the sodium. Service is friendly and fast, and everything came really fast. Possibly because its after lunch time.
There were 11 of us. Ordered from the weekday set lunch menu that come with a speciality tea. Service was good and prompt. The food was good and teas were awesome. Will definitely go back again for the food and perhaps try the art jamming next to the restaurant.
There is Roo m for improvement for service. Desert (toast) for sharing was served without knife provided instead spoon which we did not order any soup. One of the waiters tend to mumble at the kiosk when we asked if the wet tissue is chargeable, when we were just next to the kiosk and listening. This we don't really feel comfortable.
Had a fantastic dining experience in Arteastiq. The ambience is great. Quiet and romantic. The food looks delightful and pretty. Love everything we ordered - lobsters, cod fish, foei gras, chocolate soil, mango strudel and the ice lychee tea too!
Food was great. But the staff are not considerate. I was trembling bec I had an empty stomach. I ordered a drink but it takes some time to come so I approached the male staff at the counter for a biscuit. I explained my situation but he refused to give me a biscuit. I told him to give me then the biscuits for my drink first and he can take off from my drink. He complianed But he was unhappy.
4th time here and still one of the best resto for me. Food and service is the best. Always receiving good compliment from my friends and loved ones that i chose this resto in terms of ambience and food quality.
I think the food was excellent and the food was served fast . However given the cost of the dishes it might be good to consider giving water free to customers rather than charging $5 per bottle . The cost of beverages like tea is also rather high
