It was a pleasant afternoon tea at Arteastiq , however it could have been better if we get a window seat.

Ambience was great, and the staff v helpful n friendly!

Amazing and chill place even with all the restrictions highly recommended!

Although we made a reservation before we down，because short of manpower we stand out and wait people come to attend us for quite long time,there is nobody there to stand by at the reception, food and drink everything is fine just that time for waiting the food is damn long and the dining time is only 1hour 30mins,so that we have to faster finish the food .

Pleasant experience at Arteastiq, Mandarin Gallery. Quite a lot of people given that we visited on a weekday afternoon. Recommend to book before going! Food was not bad, though serving was quite small.

Most interesting ambience and the food is superb! A must try for all romantic couples!

Lychee tea is a must order. Lovely place for a relaxing time with friends. Had the seafood puff chowder which is yummy with quality ingredients! Big fresh prawns, salmon, scallop etc.

it was a really pleasant experience!! when i got there with my friend, me and her was really shocked and amazed by how the restaurant looked and how the chairs had pillows 😂. the people that were serving us were also super nice and patient with us. the food came faster than i expected and me and my friend were shocked how fast they came because usually we would always have to wait quite awhile. The food was also delicious and the drinks too! would definitely come here again to try out the desserts! but money wise they are quite expensive but it’s worth it!❤️

Amazing place, with a nice view, and good food especially the lychee tea.

The food was good, but could do better with hygiene. Plates and utensils were a little unclean.

We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was mediocre. Perhaps their high-tea would be better.

Have always like this branch at MG. No waiting time as I have made a prior reservation. The seafood high tea set we ordered is not bad but the portion is really just a bite size. Portion can be improved. Overall still a nice place with good ambience to have tea and gathering with friends.

Upon reservation, it’s not stated that diners have 1.5 hours to complete their meal in the restaurant. It should be indicated in their website and when a confirmation is sent to the customer. It’s only mentioned to the customer upon restaurant entry and we are being rushed into completing our meal.

We arrived late and only managed to order the last high tea option. Our preferred 2 options ran out. Not tasty at all.

The ambience was great and the food was palatable. Service staff was attentive and overall we had a great experience there.

Service is terrible, could be better. Did not informed us that the cookies served with our tea is actually “hae bee hiam” (dried shrimps sambal) cookies. Took me by surprise because firstly what a weird choice of cookies to serve with sweet tea, and also I’m allergic to it. Asked the staff about it and all we get was a “oh okay, cookies are served randomly”. That’s it.

Awesome place to chill out with friends. We ordered the sambal sea bass and duck leg confit which are super yummy!! Love the lychee tea as well =)

tables were not v clean, even diners fr next table also wiped down the table after being seated, like what we did. cutlery were attpted to b put on the glass tabletop, I had to intervene waiter to take over. high tea set portion was unfulfilling.

Waitress no eye contact... needs quite sometimes to order our high tea set. Even before going in, has to wait for awhile for them to bring us in.

As usual, the ambience and tea was good. The hi tea luscious menu was enough for two to share but try lobster was a bit hard or chewy thou.

The ambience was good for friends to chill here,however the customer service could improve and the price could be adjust to be more reasonable

for the afternoon high tea set, portions were incredibly small. whatever item listed on the menu comes in 2 morsels only (since the set is meant for 2 persons to share), and is definitely 1 bite sized, even if you are with small mouth.

Quite busy but food was still good. Pasta could be better

the place was a little too noisy as it was crowded. but the pear tea was superb! recommended my friends and they love it too

Lovely atmosphere for afternoon tea! Food is tasty too & a but on the salty side. Although it seems a bit pricey, the portion is quite big so it’s definitely worth it.
