Zorba The Greek Taverna

Wonderful time catching up with my gal friends & great service.

I recently dined at Zorba The Greek Taverna and was excited to try their Seafood Platter, but unfortunately, I felt it didn’t quite match the expectations, especially given the price. While the presentation of the platter was visually appealing, featuring a mix of grilled prawns, squid, octopus, and fish, the portion size was underwhelming for the price. The seafood was cooked decently, but there wasn’t enough variety or quantity to justify the premium cost. It felt like the dish lacked that “wow” factor you’d expect from a standout seafood experience. On the positive side, the flatbread and sides (grilled vegetables, potatoes, and sauces) were well-prepared and complemented the meal. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were attentive and friendly, which made the dining experience more enjoyable. That said, I’d recommend Zorba The Greek for other menu items or a casual meal, but for seafood lovers expecting a generous, value-for-money platter, this might not be the best choice.

This was quite a while ago. The food. I got lamb, taste good. But the water, it taste like from the gutter!! I hope now the water is better...

Great Greek restaurant by the river- lovely atmosphere and good service

The setting by the river was a huge plus. The food portions could be a bit bigger but was delicious nevertheless.

We are disappointed that foods were served which got cold. They have promotion of drink, so maybe it's better to visit for one drink.

Did not honor the "Early Bird Special" from 6pm to 730pm as specified in the website. Was told by the staff that promotion was only valid in November. But it wasn't indicated in the website. In the end, I didn't even want to step into the restaurant due to such dishonesty in misleading customers to the restaurant.

All good - Great Restaurant with fantastic views! Highly recommend. Staff second to none!!👌🏻
