Great service experienced! Service staffs were polite ensuring the food was okay also refilling our glasses when we are done with them. Can't wait to try more varieties from zaffron kitchen.

We visited Zaffron Kitchen at the east on the second day of Chinese New Year. The service was prompt and the food good. I love the butter chicken and the garlic naans. No hesitation to recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Decent service stuff Food will be better if kept warm ( Turns cold quickly as it's air conditioned) Double check on glasses for drinking (What looks like shattered glasses at the inner side) Overall good experience, thanks!

Nice curry, especially the mutton masala curry, rich and fragrant. The Masala chai tea tasted a bit bland, though. The restaurant is well-furnished, but parking might be a bit problematic at East coast Road.

Restaurant has a nice ambience, kids friendly. Easy to order from the menu. Great friendly service from staff. Food is on the pricier side, would recommend the tandoori chicken. They do have weekday lunch sets available.

Nice service and foods. Non veg platter was awesome and finally the lava cake is most delicious. Must try when you go to East Coast Park

Very good cafe restaurant, the place is not far from MRT, accessible place definitely. The desserts are tasty and price is in the mid range.

Really good food and exceptional service, definitely will return! The kids corner kept the small ones happy while the adults enjoyed a good meal. Highly recommended when you need a good Indian fix!

The food was good especially the chicken and mutton. My family also love the nan. The waiteress was helpful and advise u when u over order. We really enjoy the evening and will definitely patronise again.

Service is great. However they ran out of Tiger Prawns and substituted it with more chicken/fish for their 2 pax michellin 5-course meal. Overall I found the experience pleasant.

Ordered briyani and Tandoor platter, it was flavourful, with right amount of spices and the meat were tender and succulent. Good service from staff, Supervisor and Manager.

Was deeply disappointed with the waiting time of close to 45minutes just for our food to arrive. Also the portions of the curries were rather small. When I asked the manager the reason for the delay he mentions that they are understaffed and because it's a busy evening, but I really feel it's no excuse as customers come first. It was to my shock when i noticed other customers who had arrived after us were receiving their food much earlier than us. I also feel they had gotten most of their orders mixed up. Ambience was also way too noisy, there were little children screaming. However if there's anything that i could compliment it would be that their food tastes great.

Good food , decent service. Price is reasonable as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for good Indian food in Katong area. Highly recommend !!

definitely a decent place to get indian food. in an air con enviroment as well. standards hover around above average to good. even has a playground for families with kids

One of my favourite Indian restaurants food wise. Service wise, they are friendly, but slow and you may have to repeat requests at times. Best to go early or quite late for dinner to avoid the crowded times. I've seen some tables wait almost an hour for their food.

One of our favorite neighborhood restaurant to go to. Delicious food, favorite is the butter chicken because it's cooked with the tandoori chicken. We go at least every 2-3 weeks.

Zaffron Kitchen East Coast has a nice atmosphere. The food was clearly up to standard and the staff was quite attentive considering we were seated at the corner of the restaurant.

Service was great and food was yummy as usual. Only thing was the serving time and how the waiters forgot to bring water to us.

we had an excellent experience at Zaffron, as with the many times we've been there. the service was very attentive and prompt and they were especially helpful wth our young children. we love the food there and the one for one beer. there's not much for the kids to eat but they have a good play area so we like to give the kids dinner first before going there for our own.

Food was not as great as usual, but service and staff are always the friendliest. Appreciate all the great service and hospitality from the team.

Great Food, patient and friendly staff and has vegan options. I do miss the jazz music concept they originally had the first time I visited though.

Good service, good food - able to request level of spiciness acceptable to everyone. A little noisy, but that's to be expected on a weekend.

Absolutely the best Indian food I have had in Singapore. Great food, decent service, just a fantastic place to go for dinner. So good, in fact, that I will go back again tonight. Delicious.

I had the butter and garlic naan With chicken tikaa, it was good! My partner had the mutton dum briyani, the Rice was off a good quality and flavour. Also, the masala fries Love the interior, not your usual indian kind-like cafe. Industrial, modern Look. $$: We spent about $65 for two-pax Service: food was served Quick, taking into considération we went there At 4pm on A sunday, Hence the cafe is not busy. The ambience and decor were nice and modern but the food and service were okay only. Feels overpriced for the quality though. Not sure if it lives up to expectations of being on Michelin Bib Gourmand list.

Pricey and quite milky and sweet, but the tandoori is very good, especially the paneer tikka. Did not fancy the butter chicken too much. Also recommend the Briyani, which is 16 dollars and can feed 3-4 persons.

food was great! service was fine in the beginning but went downhill when peak hour started. luckily we arrived early and didn't have to wait for more than an hour for our orders. however, it took 20mins to get and pay for our bill! we feel so bad for the other customers. those that had reservations were forced to leave because there was no table available. the workflow of the entire restaurant badly needs improvement! hire a good manager please!

Very sloooow service - food arrived about 45 minutes from when the order taken and so our kids were grousing about being hungry. But meanwhile we could see Food Panda couriers collecting meals to take out for delivery, so perhaps in-restaurant diners are being prioritised lower. Also, the tablet based menus really don't work very well either items which are available are missing from the tablet menu, or items on the tablet menu turn out not to be available. Food did taste nice when it arrived, but the portions were not generous.

A great place for families with young children. Food is good and the staff is very friendly to both parents and children. There's a play area for the kids, but it's a bit small and get crowded during busy times.

waited an hour for our drinks to be served, i mean how long does it take to 'make' a bottle of wine, manager said sorry and nothing else.......

I like the food, it was healthier, vclearner tast. But it was on the expensive side; one small lamb piece was about 8$ in the end.

Extremely slow service and food was cold, asked to reheat and it was still brought back cold with no apologies. Such a shame as the restaurant is kid friendly which is hard to find.

Great family atmosphere, good food, environment is nice. Old and young enjoy this place. I brought my elderly MIL, and two kids (8&10). There is something for everyone. Naan is delicious, we always add to our order to receive it fresh. There is a Chicken which is tender and not spicy at all. Perfect for my kids. Meanwhile, hubby and I can still enjoy the wonderful Flavours of the spices in other dishes. There's a play area and screen for kids even. Only drawback was it can get loud, and refill of water had to be requested a few times. Overall, it is one of our Favourite 'going out to places' as a family.
