Good tasting dishes with reasonable prices. Service was also very prompt. I went to the Citimac outlet but was told it might be gone gone soon due to a possible enbloc.
delicious food . . . . Reasonable prices. . . . . . Countless time visit . . . . Will come back next time
Good food, extremely value for money. Their signature chai poh tofu is amazing. Curry fish head was really good and had a good Assam kick. One of my favourite Chinese restaurants.
Good food and reasonably priced. Would come again! Looks abit under staffed, need to wait a while when the place is crowded. Overall good experience!
Food was served fast and the taste is comparable to the main stall at Macpherson road. And there were not much crowd, so we didn't have to wait.
Overall the food is tasty but the steam fish did not taste very fresh & the texture was rough. I think they use the frozen fish rather than the fresh fish from the market. The waitress is friendly but busy . only two waitress serving 8 tables during CNY lunch period
Came at 1pm and restaurant is still quite busy with lunch crowd. Food is quite good and tasty but price seems a bit steep for the fish that i ordered. The staff did inform about the rough price of the fish that we ordered.
The location is ok, near Tai Seng MRT. The food is good with prompt service, have a wide variety. The price is reasonable The ambient is simple.
The food was good. The staffs were nice and recommended us a few dishes and they were great. Prices are also reasonable. I would definitely go back there again.
No service charge and gst were bonuses that greeted all diners. Honest food and large menu. Pricing was interesting as an omelette was for $6 But sliced fish dish from $12.
My third visit at this restaurant. Food was ok however crabs does not taste fresh. Meat was hard and sticks to the shell. Paid average 40 per pax.
Large space, comfort food and satisfactory portions. Great for gatherings. Even though there was a mixed up in the orders where we were served a smaller portion, the waitress quickly apologised and rectified with additional portions
Ample parking space in Citimac. Spacious air-conditioned restaurant. Large tables suitable for families and groups. Good portion size of food served. Tasty food. Value for money.
The food is good and worth the value - serving big portion - staff very friendly especially Angie who served us throughout the night of the dinner - never reject your requests - will go back again and recommend my frens too
I came to Yi Jia South Village with high recommendations for the black pepper crab, but came away even more impressed with the crispy salted egg crab. Top marks too for the garlic pork ribs and assam fish head.
Food is tasty and the portions generous! Visited on a sat for lunch and we were the 1st customers, hence a bit quiet. Midway through our meal, another group arrived and the atmosphere felt slightly better.
The food was "so-so" but relatively not expensive. Worth it with Fave voucher. Close to Tai Seng MRT station so it's conveninetly located. Service was pretty decent.
The fish head curry taste very good. The curry gravy had a very thick awesome smell. The fish we had, will very fresh and tendered. We will come back next week to try again other good food.
The food was excellent as usual and service was fantastic. They didn't let their customers wait long even though it was almost packed on a Sunday evening. Overall it's a must go and their chicken soup is a must try.
Easy to find the place as it is located behind the bus stop. The foods and environment are good except that the toilet is located outside the restaurant.
Very nice food!! Good location too and low noise level. Good for family gatherings!
