Xi Yan Seafood Restaurant

Food is yummy, we ordered Alaska crab white pepper, Pepper crab, Chilli crab, steam prawn and fish, thee are all very fresh. Service is good, they are all very attentive.

Always enjoyed the dimsum here i prefer it over their seafood zhichar menu any day. Eaten here multiple times and enjoy each visit highly recommend

Not a lot of people at the restaurant, the food is fresh and nice. Went to celebrate my Father-in-law's birthday there, they are nice and give us free longevity buns and fruits platter.

Its a simple place with reasonable food quality and pricing, not so crowded.

The table had clear indication of the reservation. When we entered, there were two other tables having customers and overall was quite empty. The taste of the food was average but doesn’t justify the high price that we paid. Service by the manager was bad but the waiter was good. The waiting time was long as to consider there was only two other tables having customer.
