Food was decent but ambience wasn’t as lively as Haidilao. Half portion was available for other food items but not the prawn paste

My new to-go steamboat place! It was an enjoyable gathering with good food. However the service standards seemed to have dropped a little.. may be due to inexperienced staffs that were assigned to the new section that was recently opened. However, there was service recovery by the manager, Edo.

We went during off peak hours, service was great. There are waiters guiding their new comers, so they always came to our table for demonstration. It’s all fine for us.

Food quality not bad. Pricing is almost same as HDL. They have a $18.80 lunch set which seems value for money. Will go back again.

food varieties not alot, prices a little steep. tomato soup was pretty bland, collagen soup was nice though. their hot tea not that fantastic either.

Love their collagen and drunken chicken soup. And glad that they have set lunch and opened till late hours and 25% off ingredients from 9.30pm onwards. I love hotpot and I’ll be back again soon!
