Upin Hot Pot (Orchard Gateway)

One of the better hotpot options in Singapore. Price is decent and affordable.

Service was great, the staffs were accommodating to our request of large group, and made the dining experience comfortable. Food was also decent, buffet price is normal rate and quite affordable considering the spread of food they have.

Food was alright, service staff were helpful. Ala carte was a little pricey… the buffet was more worth it.

Made a reservation and waiting time is fine, soup base are great but overall still a bit expensive.

Service was great & food was good too. Only slight downside is that our reservation wasn't captured but the crew was able to quickly work out something for us which is greatly appreciated.

Perfect space for a hotpot as it's tucked near the walkway between Orchard Gateway & Orchard Central. Service is great & you can take your time to enjoy the food as it's not too packed!

About the same price as haidilao, maybe a little cheaper. though service is not comparable to HDL. Overall food and service was ok :)

Affordable hotpot that is a good alternative to HDL, has a wide range of meats and snacks. Friends love the tomato soup.

The food was alright but then it felt like there were too much MSG in the soup though.

Went there before covid. Taste wise, not much difference from HDL but more friendly to the pockets! Of course, you don't get all the free stuffs like you get a HDL but we don't really mind. We found their Mala broth to be better than HDL. Good value for $$$

It has not as much varieties compared to the other popular hotpot restaurant. However if you are just craving for a simple hotpot with a peaceful environment then this restaurant is for you.

Cheaper alternative for hotpot. Mushroom base could be better. Ok
