Great food, affordable prices and fantastic service all without corkage charges if you bring wine. What is there more to ask for good tzechar in air-conditioned comfort? Highly recommended!

The crab is very fresh and nice. Honey ribs are not as good as mentioned in other reviews. Enviroment suitable for family gatherings. Location is convenient.

Yummy food & great service as always! It is the friendly service that keeps us going back to Ubin Kitchen when there are plenty of other restaurants in the area that serve the same fare.

Visited for the first time & ordered the Black Pepper Crab, Sambal Calms, Sea cucumber with fish maw & Sambal winged beans. All these dishes were nice and impressed by the black pepper crab, we made an additional order of white pepper crab. However, this dish was a complete disappointment as it came not properly cooked & certain bits were raw. We appreciate the restaurant's final gesture of waving the price of that last dish completely but were slightly disappointed with how the situation was handled when we mentioned about the problem. When we brought up the problem, I felt that the manager we spoke to didn't really believe us. We showed him the raw bits & then he offered to get them recooked. We waited for quite a while & when the recooked crab came, the whole dish was so watery. When we talked to the manager again, he mentioned that they had overlooked monitoring the time taken to 'steam' the crabs. We were disappointed that the steamed crab were still served back to us knowing that it was already a far cry from the original white pepper crab. This was indeed a disappointing end to what we had thought to be a good dinner. Nevertheless, I would like to commend all the other staff for their attentive and friendly service.

Their service was extremely prompt and the service crew there were very friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good, will visit Ubin Kitchen again. :)

Great food and service was well balanced. Really enjoyed the pepper crab, yam basket and sweet potato leaves with sambal. I would recommend over other East Coast Sea food restaurants.

Neat and clean restaurant with air-con, dishes are well prepared especially the chilli crabs with the hot buns, we are well attended to by the workers.

I really love the oyster claypot noodle, reasonable price and have pretty good service. I will definitely go back again and try out other dishes.

Looks like we're becoming regulars here! Prompt efficient service as usual. Get here early if you want the congee special as they sell out by midday.

Refreshingly friendly attentive service the moment you walk in the door. The food came out in a flash and was delicious. If only we had bigger tummies we would have ordered more!

Good food. Prompt service. Kong ba pao was really good. Soft and full of flavour. Proper balance of lean meat with fat. Would return in the near future.
