Not bad , easy to find , food is nice

Not my first time at Twins but my first with family there. Usually went during lunch and this time went for dinner. Food served hot. Satisfied.

Having lunch and dinner multiple times here. Nice food, nice environment with nice people :)

The restaurant was booked for a company event and they rang me to inform me 3 hours prior to us going there. They informed us that it would be noisy as there is a company event, we dun have much of a choice as it was Friday night and we are a big group planning to celebrate my colleagues birthdays. It was extremely noisy and we cannot even hear each other when we speak. We left earlier and went for a second round at another restaurant nearby. Super disappointed and I am a regular client and this is definitely no way to treat a regular customer. I spoke to the owner but he explained but he did not get my point that I would prefer someone to inform me as soon as I booked if there was a company event so I have tome to look for an alternative and not a call on the day itself and 3 hours ahead of our dinner time. We would have gone to another restaurant had we been given sufficient notice as soon as we booked. Even if the food was great - the overall experience was spoiled by the noise from the company event.

The fried chicken with leek was surprisingly good, but as per other reviews, portion isn't very big. Would recommend getting a Fave cash voucher for best value.

Waiter was very friendly, and recommend dishes for us. It turned out good and delicious.

My favourite Korean Fried Chicken place in Singapore. Consistently very good. Always tasty and the service is very good!

Service could be improved. Order was wrong and we had to wait quite long for our food to be reserved but they let us have the wrongly served food complimentary

Happy hour bottle of hite beer for $10. Boneless chicken was crispy and juicy and blended well with the garlic and citrus/lemon. Nice place to chill

We had the lunch set and the portion was just right for lunch, not too heavy and it comes with some discount! Service staff were friendly and helpful and will patronise again.

Happy, cosy environment with attentive, friendly service team! Value for money menu and I would say, probably the best Korean Fried Chicken in Tanjong Pagar.

Ordered fried chicken and chicken wings. Standard seemed to be dropping compared to the time when they just opened for business. Hope to see consistency of food.

Ordered army stew and korean fried chicken. Army stew is average, not much ingredient and the price is $40. Fried chicken (soy and garlic flavor)was fresh and tasty, recommended. Ventilation was kind of poor though.

The location is perfect place for me because just walking distance away from my condo unit. Inside plates , glasses , spoons and fork are all new. Table settings are fine

Shop Hides at a corner, not heavily crowded. Which is good for gathering as it’s not too noisy. Some Food is okay. Some is nice.

Food was not bad. Waiter was patient and did his best to answer our questions. Good to go in the afternoon if you want a relatively more quiet place for a meal.

Fried chicken was really good! I believe them when they say on their menu that using fresh chicken instead of frozen chicken makes all the difference. Was a little strange that their internet was down and they could only accept cash though. Could have told us in advance since we had made a reservation afterall.

Love this Korean place! But prolly I find that this place is slightly expensive for me. The food is super duper yummy! Love the beer float!

Good fried chicken - very crispy and fresh although we would have preferred it spicier. The army stew was very good - highly recommend it!

The spicy seafood noodle is really good. We like the soup with a bit of the wok taste. The environment was not too bad as well.
