Parking limited but they assisted with parking arrangements. Sat outdoors as had a dog and was pet friendly.

It is a lovely place to bring your dog for a nice dinner. There are a lot of fans around so didn’t feel hot.

Staff were lovely from the carpark usher to restaurant staff. They warned me against over-ordering and they were right. We loved that we could bring out fur kids who were very comfortable at TOTO’S. Venue is nice and spacious. Dog friendly. Has a little green pasture for dogs. Food wise - recommend the fish steamboat. The other zichar dishes are average. Service - a little understaffed. Hard to get staff's attention.
