Very good experience, will definitely bring friends back there again!

We’ve been to the Tipsy Penguin a few times. Everything was very good and the service was excellent as usual. The steak was very nice. However, the batter of the fish and chips was hard and we had some tummy problems with the oysters. We will go back again but just not order those two.

It had the best spot to view the fireworks at OTH. Amazing service, food and drinks too! Even our furbaby got a vip treatment and was served water bowls. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

Songs & Singer not as I have liked in past visit. One of the food too not as I have expected. But still will go as the service is excellent.

Staff were friendly and tried their best to allocate our choice of indoor, then outdoor seats. Food portions were good, and the tapas are not as small as those some other places. They tasted good too! House lager was properly served in frosted mugs and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed ourselves last night. Very interesting menu. Ho jiak! The service was fantastic. Will definitely go again.

Overall the food, appetisers and drinks and the ambience are nice. It’s my second time there. I was just a bit disappointed that the singers did not sing at least 1 song we picked. There were 2 Chinese songs and 3 English songs we picked. I know there are quite a numbers of songs being submitted to them. When the main singer asked anyone of our songs not sang yet. I raise d my hand and even showed the singers my table no. 42. He noticed and seem will sing later but in the end he did not even sing 1 song from the list. I like the male singer when I came with my friend on 15/4/23. If he was not familiar with the song we dedicated, he will tell us he can sing another song by the same singer. This is the difference experience I encountered. Lastly, one of my friend commented why do the singers need to take such a long breaks (30mins or longer)? I know there are 2 breaks. Maybe the first break is for them to have their dinner if they have not eaten. What about the second break? Maybe 15mins should be enough. I would like to bring another friend there since I like the ambience. I hope there will have some improvements. Thank you!
