Clean and quality food. Good place if you want to skip the queues from other hotpot joints.

The soups are indeed nice, try the mala and chicken collagen!

I really enjoyed the variety of food options. We went for a late dinner so it was relatively quiet (great place to talk). The mala soup base was nice at first but subsequent refills are using the same broths for all soup bases. Overall, it was not bad but on the pricier side.

The soup base is yummy. Food is fresh. Staffs are friendly.

Food is great and will definitely go back for the food. Sadly there was only 1 staff working at Level 2 during dinner peak.

The place was not conducive as I expected. I was on crutches and have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the restaurant, hence, it’s definitely not recommended for those who are on wheelchair.s. Food wise also not as good. Not value for money. Came out to be quite expensive in comparison with the other bigger chains of hotpot restaurants. Will not come back again.
