The White Tiffin Fusion hits that sweet spot between nostalgia comfort and modern indulgence. We started with the Chicken & Pork Satay, which arrived with a beautiful char and a peanut sauce that didn’t skimp on the crunch – the pork, in particular, was succulent and well-marinated. The real showstopper, however, was the Nasi Lemak with Duck Confit. It’s a bold fusion move that actually works, the richness of the French-style duck meat paired perfectly with the natural blue pea flower indigo rice. The skin was crisp, providing a great textural contrast to the sambal. We also shared the Local Trio, which is a genius sampler for anyone who wants a curated taste of their signature flavours without over-ordering.

Had a company lunch on a weekday. No crowd which is great. Nice blue pea nasi lemak but I think the highlight was the Kopi Kao Tiramisu and Pulut Hitam Ice Cream! Must try!
