The Rice Table

Was there with some friends for a dinner on a Sat night. The service speed can be further improved. Accuracy of order has to be improved too,.

The food is as good as the last time I've been there - consistent n flavourful. The service is also great - accommodating and attentive to the needs of the customers.

Good place to taste varity of Indonesian foods. Maybe dessert should be included as well. Maybe can increase more choice in the future. In general service is good .

Been a customer here since I was first introduced 5 years ago. And we have friends who are loyal customers since a decade ago, at previous location. The food here is as good as ever. Tahu telor and beef rendang are our favourite ! Only wished they would include dessert (w'out raising pricing). :)

The price i am paying per pax & the quality of food do no match. Quality of food =7/10 but ipersonally think it is really overpriced. The selection of food is what ican find in hawker centre Malay foodstore. But the price is surely not at hawker price therefore.

Food was awesome. Place seems to be long forgotten by people. Great place for cosy gathering with friends. However were waited a team of apathetic waitresses.

Experience was good as always. Food was served promptly despite of the crowd. Food was yummy. Would be perfect if they can include drinks in their buffet menu

It's been many years since I'd last ate at The Rice Table. Although drinking water is now chargeable. Food & variety seems the same. Will go again

The staff was quick and efficient. The food were good, and the amount was enough for two. The ambiance and music was not overwhelming. Price is mediocre for such experience..

The food is great! My favorites are fried chicken mid wings; squids and sambal kang kong are delicious. However, the chandol (with & without durian) is little disappointment. Overall is still a good place for gathering.

Pleasant service. Good food, not likely to waste so it is a green concept. Chendol with grass jelly was strange. Otherwise w good lunching experience

Rice table maintained usual standards, quick refills and always recommend friends to come here to catch up. Would love to come here again soon. Keep it up.

It would be better if the service crews have more smile while serving. Overrall experience is still quite good. Will visit again because the food is nice.

Overall Good experience. However Not sure why the serving crew mentioned that they can only replenish the dish after we have finished it. Will go again

Overall Nice food and almost everything dish was spicy. If you are going for variety, not much choices of food though. Staff were very friendly too!

serving is fast, very reasonable price for very good food. The quantity and variety of food is just nice for us. will sure visit the restaurant again

Good food although selection limited to 19 dishes. Hope they could add on more selection of food to the menu for others to come back frequently.

Have been to this restaurant since i was 14 years old..the quality of the food remained so good for the last 24 years...old time favourite..not overly spicy..yet satisfy cravings especially their tauhu telor...

The experience was very enjoyable with traditional dishes will return ,the combination of flavors was appealing to the palate , the environment gave a relaxed ambiance

Quality of food was poor. They do not even serve plain water for a buffet and u have to buy bottled water. Even after buying the water, they just dump the water and cups on your table to self pour. Waitresses also keep on slamming the refills on the tray. Not worth the money.

The variety of food are great! Only food as not hot as what I expected, if you can improve on this then it will be perfect!

Food is good, value for money, but service is almost non existence. Small place. Will be easier to share food for big groups if there are round tables.

The food was pretty good. We had the dinner buffet and we in particular enjoyed the sayur lodeh, beef rendang , fried chicken, and satay. there was only 1 kind of dessert which is chendol, though the choice is limited, it was quite refreshing.

Good spread of food and staff very helpful. However, we did not like the soup as it was a little bland. The rest of dishes were good.

Good and tasty food at reasonable price. At least one or two items in the menu should be regularly altered as it has been the same menu for years.

Price has increased since our last visit. Food is a little salty and the sweet and sour fish taste "soggy" (too much flour, too little Dory...also due to the texture of Dory fish)

Average & affordable meal I would say but not authentic Indonesian cuisine. We did not refill most of our dishes although is buffet. Service staff attitude should improve.

The waitstaff were attentive, prompt and friendly despite being kept constantly busy (the restaurant was full). The food wasn't outstanding, but it was simple, flavorsome and certainly value-for-money.

The quality was food was just average. Only Tahu teloh not bad. But dessert selection is not a lot. Chendol was watery and crushed ice were coarse. Service also average

Good food at good price and ambience. Not too spicy. Food is kept warm throughout the meal. Will go back again with family and friends.

The food was good and value for money in the area. Some of our preferred dishes were the daging rendang, ayam soto, ayam panggang, sate ayam and durian chendol.

Limited food items. Chendol is a failure, just too sweet and too icy. Where is the red bean??? Not worth paying $3.75. Service is fast. But definitely not worth paying $18.75

The staff of The Rice Table are among the most service oriented. They handled every request very well and even went the extra mile trying to make our visit there a memorable one.

Affordable and great food served! This is our third visit and we will definitely be back for more. Remember to book in advance as the place tends to be full.

Friendly and observant staff. Food are replenish very quickly. Only down point is they don't serve free ice water. Their durian chendol is worth trying out

Food was great but I think it was a bit short-handed. Not sure why the restaurant serves only warm water at $0.50 but not cold water.

Selection of food not so good without prawns and squids for lunch gathering as before. The dessert served durian chendol too sweet with little ingredients.

The restaurant is good for its Indonesian food and provides good service bringing the variety of dishes on its menu. Would visit the restaurant again.
