The Palate

Quiet environment on a weekday. It is dependable on the crowd on the day. Reasonable pricing & quality not bad. Food was served quite fast compared to my last trip whereby we waited for than 35minutes for our food as it was crowded.

Food was great! Especially enjoyed the salmon main and the tiramisu. Their seafood parpadelle and Atlantic cod were not available that night. Will visit again.

I didn't expect the restaurant to be this small, but it was very cosy and nice! Friendly staff and there was little waiting time for my friends and I. I had smoked duck salad with honey orange dressing (I requested for the change in dressing haha) - it wasn't too expensive, and it was filling for a dinner :)

Portions of soups were large. Carbonara pasta was 3.5/5. Beef bolognese with angel hair pasta was 3.5/5. Chicken stuffed with mushroom was average. Staff were attentive.

The pricing & quality of food was good but took a while before it's out from the kitchen. Tried their Salmon, Pasta Ikura, Lamb rack

The manager on duty was really friendly and welcoming. We love what we ordered! The italian platter was quite refreshing, accompanied with the grilled vegetables. Whilst we thought the beef tenderloin lacked flavour. The salmon was fantastic..! Fatty, generous with the portion and 'melts in your mouth'. We thought that the pumpkin mash was something different from other restaurants.. Thank you for the good dinner! :)

This round the food is not as good as expected. The tenderloin was tough and the draft beer taste weird. Can feel the small little ice bits in the Gelato for the Affogato ordered.

The food and atmosphere is good. However, as we were in a large group (7 of us), we were seated outside at the alfresco area. Seafood pizza and salmon is recommended.

Although my partner and I used a groupon voucher, service was still attentive. Drinks were also affordable! Food was good although variety can be increased.
