The Mind Cafe - Board Games Cafe

I've had good experiences at minds cafe before, but this time round it wasnt as expected. I'd booked minds cafe for my department bonding as I am the organiser. I went there hoping for a great experience but was disappointed because there was a wedding held there at the same time. Normally the wedding wouldn't have bothered me but my colleagues were pretty upset because we were not allowed to enter the toilet during the wedding. They had to walk across to the opposite mall for toilet. Also, due to the wedding, we felt that there wasn't much attention towards us and the service wasn't as good. Although the games are fun, I felt that more attention could be given towards us as the customers, as I was the organiser and it didn't reflect well on me for planning the location for company bonding.

Great and fun experience! Many games available! Food was so-so only though.

Service staff were not attentive because they were too short handed. Please do hire more people so that we can have enough attention of the staff. Otherwise, this is a terrible experience for all of us.

A fun place to go with friends to have a meal and play games. Staff was very attentive and efficient but the place was a little noisy.

The tables are too near each other and not comfortable chairs. Like a canteen style. We had to talk very loud as the group beside us were screaming away. Games had wide selection and well organised.

Nice cozy environment. Good explanation of game rules. kids also found it easy to understand and had no issues with learning the new games at all

Though the placed was crowded, the staffs were friendly and helpful when it comes to ordering of food and drinks. My company enjoyed the night.

Highly recommended for birthdays or family bonding event. My guests (family) had a great time during my daugher's birthday. And great service extended by the team.

The staff over there were very attentive and patiently went over how to play each game with us. The free flow snacks and drinks makes it great value. Games are a little worn out though.

My kids extremely enjoyed themselves and pestered me to bring them the very next day. Staff seemed short handed though, so requests get attended after quite a long time.

Organised a team retreat at the mind cafe and the service was very good. We ordered drinks that was not available that day but the staff went to purchase the drinks from outside. We all enjoyed the games!

Fun and spacious place. Staffs are friendly and attentive to customer's needs and assistance with the games. The dinner package is very affordable. Quite a choice of food to choose from. Mains are delicious but could be improved on.

Friendly staff, do not expect the drinks to be good, main activity is to play board games. Loud noises. Variety of board games to select, their staff will teach you if you need guidance

Staff were warm, friendly and caring. We celebrated a friend’s birthday and they took care of everything. All we did was pass them the cake! Games were well explained and staff Evelyn took good care of us. A very pleasant experience.

Nice place for fun and gathering. However, lunch was served slightly cold. Staff was friendly but somehow I felt too few to serve the given crowd. Given the tight manpower, we didn't get much opportunity to interact with Minds Cafe 's staff and for them to introduce team bonding games to us despite our group booking. Overall, still a place worth going for relaxation and fun.

The crew managed to accommodate our party of 15 on short notice - superb kudos to the team! Their service was amazing as always, had a great time!

Went there with old friends that wanna a game to kill time. Games need a refresh. Food was average but good enough to fill the stomach

Easy to book and wide range of games available, very worth it on weekday for students as you pay same amount for whenever you start until closing with free flow snacks and drinks.

Very good service and very helpful and positive with birthday celebration! But it was quite warm, especially near the counter - maybe because there were many people and the door was constantly opened
