Service was good. We were serve immediately whenever we need help. Overall, great experience. Recommended!

Going with my two teenagers daughters. In the beginning she thought it’s something bored and slow. At the end she enjoyed SOO much. We went at 12am and thought of leaving next one or two hours. Guess what? We stayed until 6am! There are so many kind of table board games be it mind storming one and some others just need simple and fast action ! We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Reservation made so no queue time required. Staffs were very helpful and prompt in replenishing drinks and snacks. Downside is the inflexibility of their package. We reached at 9.45pm but their unlimited package starts only at 10pm. They requested us to pay a pro-rated amount to cover that 15 mins which can be waived since the cafe was quite empty at that point of time. If they are inflexible, staff should have informed us or check with us if we want to come at 10pm instead when we arrive.

Overall experiences are good however, the restaurant food / main meal really taste awful (i.e microwave food). The food are cold when it is served and it takes more than 45 mins to serve 1 dish of main for a big group of pax. Might wanna improve the food standard etc. The staffs are helpful and friendly

Large selection of games to choose from. All the staffs were friendly and helpful, respond to our needs immediately and clear explanation of new games. Only bad thing will be, some boardgames are either too old or having missing pieces, but the staff was able to get us a new set so it was a good experience.

Had fun playing games with friends. On top with that they serve you with unlimited drinks and snacks (wide variety!!). The only down side is because of every table are so into the game, making it a very noisy place.

I visited on a Saturday afternoon at 12pm, to take advantage of the 1 main course + free flow drinks /snacks at $17.90++ per pax, but the morning crowd for the 10am-1pm session $9.80++ with 1 breakfast item, hadn't left yet. They were mainly school going kids or maybe poly aged kids. They were super rowdy and loud, but they were having fun. So other than having to shout at my friends for the first hour that I was at The Mind Cafe from 12-1pm, it was very peaceful from 1-3pm. The staff were very helpful. a lot of them were trainees, there was one guy, Von who was very helpful in getting our snacks and drinks refilled. I LIKED MY MOCHA (COLD) WHICH WAS ICED COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE SYRup at the bottom. The hot earl grey milk tea wasn't bad either, they don't put a lot sugar into their drinks. That Saturday that I visited, they didn't have the fried chicken thigh disk,. so I got the beef lasagne, it took awhile for them to get it ready but no worries as we had free flow snacks.. I love the nachos chips. the sweet popcorn was abit lao-hong, but one of the young female staff was very polite and said she would find another snack replacement for the lao-hong popcorn to "surprise" us. It was very kind of it and we really enjoyed our time. After spending more than $100, we had a chance to roll the dice at the counter and I won a free side disk to be redeemed on my next visit and I'll definitely be back. I love mind cafe!!

My friends and I have been coming here occasionally and we never had a bad experience. Lots of fun games with good quality equipment and lovely staff that never hesitate to help us out. We also love the free flow drinks and food that comes with some of the packages!
