Very friendly, especially that man(Juan JUAN) who spoke over the phone to change my timing from 11.30am to 12.00pm. Give him 5 stars. The food is very good and enough for 4 ladies like us. The peking duck was fastastic and the meat coated with oat was yummy. The ladies were very helpful n friendly. After billing, I asked for a cup of water, the lady gladly pour me a cup. The signature toufu was yummy too. I will introduce to my friends and families and will visit again.

Food was great, but no service. Lack of staff, the tea is pver price for a pot of tea for num of pax - each pax $7. Does not make sense as the price of the tea for 1 pax is also a pot of tea.

The waitresses are very friendly and passionate. The food are worth the price as they are generous with the ingredients used.

Asked for a table indoors and confirmed that we could sit indoors and have the steamboat so was quite surprised we were seated outdoors. Service by a young woman server was top notch even when could see she was swarmed. She remained polite and calm throughout. We waited almost 20 min for our last dish so we asked to pack it for takeaway and waited another 25 min for dessert.

overall looks under staff. staff can be seen trying hard to service patrons on time. Overall was good Food wise 3/5

Bad service due to lack of staff. Ordered an orange juice for a child, waited for more than half an hour and reminded the staff 4 times before it was finally served. Also, the same thing happened when requested for a change of cutlery for the child, reminders made at least 4 times before it was done.

The service was slow. The beverages only served after 3rd dishes.

First visit with family ….food taste n presentation have fine dining standard. It definitely worth your visit. Customer service is friendly too. Even parking has valet service despite it location parking usually full. Bartender who blend Ice lemon tea is a must to try….ultimate refreshing! 2 thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻😊

Service crew are not attentive. Possibly we are a table of two. Their staff pay more attention to bigger table. Our fried rice supposed to come first but it came after we are full eating the dishes with service crew propose to us to add 2 bowls of white rice.b

The hotpot is nice and staff is attentive. The sgd 1 pekin duck is worth which come with their signature hotpot.
