The food and service are good. I am very satisfy with this promotion set I have ordered,very worth to come for this price. I will come again for another promotion .

The Takumi-zen (U.P. $30 at 50% off) was haphazardly put together and reminded us of food court food. Better to stick to their usual lunch sets and a la carte items. Parking at $6 just for lunch was also exorbitant.

Pleasant environment and delicious food. Service was a little "cold". Good for business and family dining. Would certainly patronize again. Free parking would have been appreciated.

I was late and called up to change time. They were able to accommodate. Food was worth for money and nice environment. Just that waiters and waitresses are a bit slow in response.

The restaurant has a very good quiet atmosphere. The deco is very classy. The Negitoro Don is a must try and the express lunch menu is very reasonable priced.

we had big promotion menu, but the service was much worse than before. and promotion set menu is not authentic japanese, b/c sashimi and tempura are not good with Garlic rice at all. another promotion menu wagyu was not cooked properly, we were so disappointed. What's happen to them?

My second visit in a week. It was a rather disappointing experience with waitress. She had a "totally cannot be bothered" attitude. It was an effort to catch her attention and placed order via her.

Once again Takumi doesn't disappoint with the wonderfully fresh ingredients and expert preparation. Will definitely return again with my loved ones to share this culinary gem

The ambiance was really good and the staff were very attentive, despite the fact that they were slightly overwhelmed by the Mother's Day crowd. Some dishes might be slightly bland for those with heavier palates but was just right for us. The dishes were rather reasonably priced for the location as well. The garlic fried rice was good. :)

Takumi should be one of the best Japanese restaurant in spore from the point of view in price and also the food, services strongly recommended

Good food, cosy ambient. This is made possible with the easy booking on Quandoo site which is so seamless & fast, I got my booking confirmation immediately. Would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.

Takumi has good quality service staff - polite and service-oriented. They serve high quality Japanese food - a must try is the sashimi. Ambiance of the place is also very pleasant and not claustrophobic. Definitely will return for more !

Was a little hard getting the attention of the service staff for awhile but I guess it was because of the mochi-tuki event going on. However they were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely be back!

Lovely food as ever. It was kinda hard getting the attention of the waiting staff to refill tea and getting the bill. Otherwise the dining experience would have been perfect.

Takumi serves really good, tasty food. But have to bear in mind that the portion is small and service can be very very slow. So be sure to order everything in one go and savour them slowly.

The food was good, serving was rather small. But service was rather slow, my friend's dish came only when all of us are finishing the food. And part of another friend's dish was not served when we were told that it would be served later until we ask about it when we had already completed our meal.

Nice place to have a relaxing lunch with views of the marina. Service is attentive when there is no crowd. Make reservations as the restaurant is pretty popular at lunch time.

My friend think that the ventilation is not good. A little stuffy. Food is great! Service is average but could be better if waiter can serve tea more regularly. Better if there is parking coupon for lunch.

Good food and great atmosphere but services is somewhat short handed. They forgot my orders despite me asking for the dish 3 times. In the end when i asked to cancel then they told me it was messed up.

I tried several typical Japanese dishes from "a la carte" menu like Tempura, Robata-yaki food, Sushi etc. They were all good and price was reasonalbe. Service was also good. I could enjoy the scenary from the restaurant. I checked the private rooms before I left. I may try private room with more people next time.

Good value set lunches with great views. Food was fresh and the service good. Ample parking at the marina. Make sure you make a reservation!

Great value for food, we have a lunch promotion set for $19 (worth > $35) with all the favourites - sashimi, grilled saba, tempura, chawanmushi, garlic rice, ginger pork, icecream. Friendly service and great ambience.

Hi, I had made online reservation and had recieved an email confirmation on my reservation # 5724858. Upon arrival on the actual day, my bosses & our customer were told that no reservation were made and the staff made them waited outside the restaurant. I called up the restaurant and they insist I did not made any reservation. I had to affirm my reservation being made. The staff then asher them to their table. This is very embarrassing as it is a very important customer lunch meeting, and they had to experience such unfortunate and embarrassment. Not pleased with the service.

Impeccable service with good ambience, although we were slightly disappointed that some of the items we ordered were not available. But the great taste of the food made up for this glitch.

The food is delicious and beautifully crafted and the service is impeccable. A great place to enjoy or to entertain clients. I will definitely go back to Takumi again.

Whilst the quality of the food is good, the service was disappointing indeed. One of the waitresses chose to ignore our table and look elsewhere each occasion we tried to get her attention. Another was not much of a help in recommending to us when asked about their menu spread, given that it was my first time patronizing the outlet. (I do patronize other Japanese restaurants, including high-end ones who are known for their quality of food and service). However, on the contrary, the Filipino male waiter was courteous even over the phone, when I called last week to check on my booking as the restaurant did not have my booking on record initially because the reservation was made over the website. The Restaurant Manager is also very pleasant and courteous.

This place has an Excellent service. It also has Great and delicious Japanese food. I love the Wonderful and cool ambience that has a great view.

Dinner sets at 18 are value for money. However hot green tea costs $5+++. Service is good. Place is good for long chats or business meetings

Food was ok. Restaurant not too crowded. Bill was $100+ for two pax. It is located out of the way but the environment is nice.

Very Wonderful Dining experience. Everyone enjoyed it. Food is nice, Ambience is great & Service is excellent. Although it is an expensive meal but it is definitely worth the $$$.

We (2 pax) were first timers for dinner service but went with managed expectations after reading the online reviews. Place was not that packed despite it being a Valentine Day's weekend. We had sushi and soft shell crab rolls, both are good quality given the price. We also tried the home made tofu which in our opinion, is average at best. Staff were generally attentive and served us promptly without us having to repeat our requests. Worth a visit if you like a quiet place for dinner with the added incentive of walking around the marina to admire the parked yachts after eating.

We, a party of 3, all first-timer to the restaurant, ordered the food based on the recommendation of a Japanese lady with very good command of English. Fantastic food at a nice place with good service.

Good Japanese food with OK price. Location and atmosphere is very nice. I went for lunch and had $35 Gozen meal. Enjoyed nicely done sashimi and beef steak. Rice was not my favorite kind (not sweet and sticky enough). Chawan-mushi was little bit too hard. But other dishes were very nice. You often get disappointed by Japanese restaurants in Singapore with extremely high price with low quality, but It didn't happen with this one. ちゃんとした日本食を、妥当な金額で食べられます。お刺身とステーキはとても美味しかったです。お米はちょっとあっさりしすぎていました（もう少し甘い粘り気のある品種の方が好み）が、これは個人的な好みですね。茶碗蒸しはちょっと固すぎました。その他は、デザート含めてとても美味しかったです。 ロケーションや食事の内容を考えると、決して高くはないと思います。特にランチはお得でオススメです。
