Food took a while to come because it was peak period + public holiday but otherwise, it was okay

Food were pretty ok and reasonably priced. Service crew were polite and friendly. We were given an hour of dining period which made the whole dining experience a little stressful but this could be due to CNY and the restaurant has limited seating.

Quite spacious outlet with some VIP rooms with karaoke. The taste of dishes is general.

I can't comprehend the rationale of paying for our the order first before being served. It is totally unfriendly practices. I wonder the restaurant worry the patron run away without paying ? Also we encountered some uncivilized guest keep on coughing in the restaurant without covering the mouth. The restaurant should advise the guest to be more considerate. Very bad experience for our first visit.

The ordering system via QR code was lagging the entire time, took us 20 min to finish ordering and make payment. Porridge was cold and clumpy. Egg tart was hard and cold. Crispy char siew bun was hard and cold. Not worth the money and time.

We made a reservation so we do not have to queue. Food is good - above average. Hong Kong Milk tea is a must try. As this is a casual restaurant, do not expect much service - you order and pay via app.

Portion has shrink greatly. I guess the shrinkation mentality is kicking in. Hor fun .

Char siu bao taste abit weird, xiao long bao skin is too thin that the moment we take on top the tips of the xiao long bao, it's break. Taste also not nice. Overall food okay only.

Food is generally decent such as the pandan charsiu, yangzhou fried rice, congee, red bean crispy pancake dessert, which were my favorites. Service was good. However tried the hongkong milk tea iced and it tastes awful, like bubbles from bubble tea were mixed in. And it is very sweet.

The food is tasty. This is my first time trying the Dim Sum. Very convenient because it is near to my house. We tried the branch at Teams Home Bedok reservoir. The ambience is cosy. Luckily, We went early during Weekend. The crowd came after 10.30am. The service was fast

The manager & staff were courteous & helpful. However the food was average for us.

I think the dim sum here not bad but to travel here all the way just for makan is not worth as price is on the high side. Food taste is good. Cheers.
