Good overall, enjoyed the soup base and available food options

First time trying Suki Ya and very happy with the food. I had my fill and will visit again.

You can now order your food via QR code menu, so it's easier and faster. sometimes they will missed serving the food but you can just inform the waiters and they will serve you quickly.

space was quiet crowded as there was a large group if tourists that came in all at the same time, and basically cleaned out the buffet

I highly recommend one of the male staff, he’s basically like one man show, handling a lot of stuff at the same time. And he does so with a smile on his face. Please treat him well! I think the restaurant is quite short-handed, kudos to the staff working hard to make the diners’ experience there a good one.

The buffet counter was almost empty come 8pm, there was only 4 staff manning the whole shop which was not sufficient. Refills of the buffet counter were so slow most diners were left waiting without food.

The food selection was not that much. However the free flow meat is decent. Have to note that drinks are not included in the buffet and have to add on to have it. Overall atmosphere is clean and service is alright. Would recommend to come if you are craving for some hassle free sukiyaki

They allowed us to sit earlier than scheduled. The service staff works fast. The food are very good but seem less variety than the food in their Plaza Singapura branch.
