Kitchen is shorthanded but staff failed to inform we just keep waiting for 45mins in the end we left the place

Great food but unfortunately the service is not good enough.

Southwest Restaurant serves hearty Western fare with bold flavours and generous portions. From juicy steaks to creamy pastas, every dish is satisfying. Warm ambience and friendly service make it a great dining spot.

Service was top notch and the food was awesome. We had the sirloin steak, crab meat pasta, ribs and the challenging spicy pasta. Staff were nice in warning us about the spiciness level in a fun way. Altogether a fantastic dining experience there.

Have been waited for nearly 30 minutes, not even served by the waitress. Poor coordination of those worker in the restaurant....

Substandard food that’s overpriced . Never again will I come here

First time dining at this restaurant and brought my family along. I liked my NZ Angus striploin steak, however my family thought that their main courses were pretty average. They ordered the stewed beef cheek, braised lamb shank and grilled chicken steak. Gotta say that they were pretty generous with the portion of the proteins and sides. We went in the early evening where there wasn’t much of a crowd, but could see more people coming in by the time we were leaving. Nice ambience, especially at night where the weather isn’t as hot xD

The service and food were great. However, it was a bit noisy so we had to raise our volume. 😂

The food is hit and miss, some items like the steak is good, others like the meatball pasta is meh. Main course with 2 sides cost $30+ to $50+ which i wouldn’t consider cheap. The worst part was the waiting time for the food, it took over an hour for our food to arrive and the pasta came 30 minutes later. Don’t think I will go again after this experience.

Food was good and staff was attentive. offered another drink when we complain the coke was flat.

The pricing of the food may seem pricey on the menu. However, when the food is served, no more complaints. The pork ribs were delicious, a large amount of serving definitely will make you full, with 2 sides included. The service was great as well, greeted by staff at the door.

Great hospitality..good food and nice ambience! Definitely one of the best place to chill or hangout with friends in the north.

Food was value for money with such generous portion, it’s definitely recommended for big eater! Taste of food were good too. Cozy atmosphere! Thumbs Up!

Near to the sea and good atmosphere. Seafood aglio olio was fresh and portion was generous just that it was kind of soupy and not quite the real aglio olio that should be dry with olive oil based.

Service is good. Reasonably priced. Chicken chop and fish n chip are good.

Food was quite good. They were very generous in their portion. Value for money. We tried the Kurobuta pineapple pork chop, seafood marinara, country fried chicken steak. All was good. Service is great! Staff were very attentive , friendly and alert at all times.
