Soufflé

Place was totally empty when I visited. I m vegetarian , the choices were not great and overpriced for vegetarian. On the other hand for my non vegetarian friend he was impressed with the lobster bisque and finds the soufflé delicious. But portion were small

want to looking for french desserts then you couldn't miss this place.

Really tasty soufflé! Kudos to the attentive staff - I received a call fr Soufflé a couple of hrs before my 230pm reservation. The staff explained that the restaurant closes at 3pm & last order is at 230pm; he suggested that I come earlier to enjoy my lunch. We arrived around 215pm and ordered the 2 course Main + dessert set with wine. Despite their official lunch hour ending at 3pm, they stayed open til 330pm to let us finish our meal.

Food was decent and served pretty fast. But quite pricey.

lived up to expectations for the variety of soufflés, the mushroom Comte and laksa soufflés were all excellent in taste and texture. traditional french dishes like boeuf bourguignon were great too!

The savoury soufflé was surprisingly good. Had the lobster one. Try it if you’ve never had a savoury soufflé before. Decent cheese platter, and if you go with 3-4 chocolate lovers, order the chocolate soufflé in large.. Pure indulgence... Cozy setting great for small group gathering and service is good.

My soufflé was excellent - as it should with a restaurant that is called soufflé - but in addition the 'al dente' vegetables were exactly right!

We tried the Lobster Souffle and Parmentier de Canard (duck confit under mashed potato, topped with butter parsley breadcrumbs). Both were great, however, price is slightly on the steep side.

Family wasn't sure we should be eating soufflé, soufflé & more soufflé for dinner. But we were pleasantly surprised that we could & did! Combined with the casserole dishes, we all had an enjoyable evening.
