The meal was very disappointing in terms of the flavours.

Pretty average food. Didn’t live up to the hype. Strange service; waiter didn’t seem to know anything about the menu / didn’t serve us the wine / was generally slow service.

The ambience is quiet and serene with a simple background music of cutlery tinkering. Items on buffet is not versatile but taste is so good 😊 you will notice in no time the dishes are getting finished.

Ambience was great! Great paintings on the wall. Food was not on par for a Michelin star restaurant. Attention to detail was lacking. Things like the salad onions were dry, papads were half baked. Rotis were not the best.. two curries we ordered were rich but cloyingly so.. the kothimbir vadi was good and the condiments along with it were great, except for the salsa. The vadi does not go with the salsa.. either something like taziki or a mint chutney.. not sure if we caught them on the wrong day, they were catering to a big party outdoors... Overall not worth my penny!

My rating is in relation to the fact that this is a one Michelin star restaurant and thus capable of charging atrocious prices for very average food. To be honest, I have better food in Little India for 1/10th the price. The service left much to be desired for, I had to remind them that we had ordered drinks 3 times. The starters were good, but again for an 'apparently prestigious' restaurant will not remain memorable. The main dishes - I can definitely cook better dishes at home and I am not even a trained chef. The only redeeming factor of the evening were the deserts. I will definitely not be going back, and anyone looking for decent Indian food, you can find better fare at much lower prices. The Song of India is overpriced, underwhelming in taste and overwhelming on your wallet .

The service and food standards have dropped drastically since my last visit there. It was my anniversary dinner with friends and the entire mood was spoilt. Very disappointed

Impeccable service by Naveen. It was our first time here and we had all the food recommended by him - from starters to dessert. Every single dish was spot on. We wanted to order flavored rice with our curries but Naveen suggested a simpler alternative that would bring out the flavour of the curries best. So we had the simple white rice which was really fragrant! We wanted to try something different from the more known "butter chicken" so we had chicken lazeez instead! It was really good! The Begal prawn curry was hands down the best tasting curries ever! Truffle mushroom nann we had was so much better than all the truffle pizzas we ever had before! I will definitely be back for more!

Heard that the ambience is good but food is not. But decided to visit as it was our anniversary and we being vegetarian did not any other new place left to visit. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, food and ambience. All three things came together very well for us and our server was nice enough to customise the food as per our taste. It was an amazing experience. There are lot of good non-veg options too so do visit at least a nice if not more.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. Highly recommend it and has parking. It was modern and great selection of food on the menu or set menu which was filling and also good selection of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Will definitely go back
