came here for a business lunch and staff was very helpful in accomodating my requests

food quality is average, nothing much to shout about. waited very long for the eel. prices are steep.

Sodam serve delicious pork and riceballs. All in all their food is superb and have been going back there multiple times.

Not value for money, won’t be visiting again. It’s expensive for the quality. Staff is inexperienced in cooking and meat is overcooked and stiff. Cooking is super slow like they didn’t want you to be able to order too much during the 90 minutes timeframe. Totally not enough time and they seem to slow down on purpose. Asked for coffee for 3 times before they gave. Korean Manager is the worst amongst all with a unhappy attitude

Went there for dinner as they were on a GrabPay promotion, only to be surprised by them when they refused to accept GrabPay as a method of payment. Don't support deceptive restaurants. The food itself is fine but on a street with a million Korean restaurants, nothing spectacular.

Buffet $59 was great value! Soy marinated crab was the best I've had. Not over-seasoned. Lady owner treated us like we were eating in her home, very hospitable of her.

The menu has changed and is rather different from the one uploaded on Quandoo. Though there isn’t as much bbq variety as previously, the cooked food selection has expanded. Wouldn’t say the price was super worth the quantity but great service was provided!

Restaurant wasn’t even open. Why would you take any reservations?

It was a first visit to this restaurant… great atmosphere… the staff will BBQ the food for you which is great.

It was my 2nd time and I didn't expect such drop in service. I made a reservation to bring my overseas colleague and had a very high expectation from previous experience of 1 year ago. The place was empty and a young chinese guy came and asked if I made reservation and I told him my name. He asked me to sit down and didn't attend much. When I asked for menu and water, another young guy who was sitting behind table was eating his early dinner (perhaps) and showed a very angry face as if I distracted his eating time. Then he pushed a water jug with some water as if he is throwing away to us. It was so rude and impolite that my colleague from France was shocked and told me it was his first time to see such service level in Singapore during his stay. When I asked him to give a cold bottled water, (because my overseas colleague did not want to drink any tap water to stay safe during his stay), he showed another unhappy face with high tone of "what? here!" and we were left in awe in such service. I realized that the whole crew of staff and chef were not Koreans and there was not a single Koreanness in service level other than the food they were trained to cook according to recipe. After around 1 and half hours when we asked for a photo, the first staff who was not as angry as the other, willingly took some photos for us. We didn't want to stay there long because the experience was not pleasant and I was ashamed of the whole thing and regretted for bringing my colleague there with high expectation. The food was so-so but nothing special compared to any other places. If I were the owner of the restaurant, I would try to disguise myself to try randomly how they serve customers. I will never go there again.

Food is delicious with staff who does the bbq-ing and serving to the customer. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable about their menu.

Great servhce. Bbq pork belly was one of thr best i have eaten.

The only thing I didn't quite like is that the table is too small and the portable bbq pot is placed too near to us.

The quality of the meats were great (pork belly, beef brisket). The soups and the seafood pancake were very delicious too

Place is spacious, staff services and food portion are ok.

They provided a vip room for us even though we did not request for it.

The service provided was below expectations. I think the staffs were overwhelmed and was not able to serve the different tables timely. Food was average only too. Kimchi jiggae tasted like tomato soup. I do not think I will visit again even though the staff tried to do service recovery by waivering the service charge

everything is perfect, from the sides to the proteins. the beef brisket and short ribs in particular, are much better than the pork.

We were in a private room! So happy that the room can accomodate such a big group and such a nice room!! We all loved the Food!!! Ban Chan was not many but overall happy with the staff, environment & food!

the food was really good. loved the jowl, kimchi jiggae and pancake. unfortunately the service was really really slow. i think the servers really tried their best and were workin hard but they were clearly understaffed..! we had to ask for things multiple times, which was a shame. great food tho.

Food was great, good selection of beverages as well. Staff will assist to cook the meat which is a bonus. However, the ventilation was not strong enough.

maybe due to high number of customers patronising, our table was slightly neglected and we will have to continue grilling on our own to prevent our food from burning. food wise, standard overall seem to have dropped compared to the last I've tried about a month ago.

The BBQ Ice Aged pork is cooked at perfect level. And is difference from the normal BBQ pork, you need to taste it to appreciate the difference. Will surely come back.

Great cuts for meats however the tables and chairs were too tight. Our chairs kept hitting another customers from other tables. Nice ambience for a Kbbq.

food was good. staff bbq for us but didn't ask for the doneness of the beef. needed to get them to cook again but they're fine. ordered cold noodles and they forgot to bring us the vinegar and sauce. felt that it was lacking and asked for it. overall still a great experience

Best Korean BBQ around the area! Delicious BBQ meat and authentic Korean food. Surprised that they are open till 6am

Food is of low quality meat, side dish are not fresh (requested to change but taste bad and sour again), Steam eggs is bad too hard and not fluffy. ventilation is bad too.
