The food there and the value there are good. But they are severely understaffed. Only 1 food runner and two staffs. Katrina Holdings need to do better.

We seem to be here every couple of weeks. Really like the pho!

2nd time going this week, the restaurant was slightly more crowded this time round but with booking, I got seated immediately. Ordered the lemongrass chicken set which included a drink and a set of summer roll and spring roll. Taste did not disappoint, but service was quite a mess that day, first getting my drink wrong, followed by serving the pho bo instead of the lemongrass. They were quick to rectify it and I am glad with that level of service too.

Had the pho bo and soft shell crab roll as well as a iced milk tea. Taste and quality is maintained since my last visit, so I am happy with everything. The place is not too busy, and hence you are able to get the attention of the servers pretty quick.

So good pho at so pho. Broth was rich and flavourful with generous slices of beef. A fantastic way to fill your stomach at lunchtime

Food is good - portion is right and the service is friendlly. Environment is clean. Will visit again as it is a also decently priced.

Banh Mi was really good! Ambience was pretty good too. I went at dinner time but I did not have to wait too long for a table. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Authentic tasting Vietnamese food! Food was quickly brought to table after ordering although they did completely miss one of our orders and we had to wait a while for that. Otherwise a really positive experience!

I had the lemongrass fish vermicelli. The dish was dry, and could have been enhanced with some fish sauce, which was absent. had tasted better elsewhere. Otherwise, service was good and the restaurant was decent.

The restaurant is well prepared to receive the iftar crowd. It should probably provide dates to give it the extra mile for its customers. Clearly a busy restaurant with multiple order for delivery as well. Staff not necessarily the friendliest. However, they are efficient.
