Shiu Yakiniku

Buffet is good, especially if you love yakiniku and wagyu

the waygu beef is not worth the price you paid. it dont taste like one. the waygu is not tender at all. i will never come back again.

I may not want to go there again. The staff were not friendly and the food provided was not really good. Some even looked abit junky... I had diarrhea after that

I was there about 5 mins before my booking, however there wasn't any vacancy. I was told to wait about 15 mins. The servers are very helpful, attentive and quick. I decided to skip the barbeque and go a la carte. I had Chicken Katsu Don which was pretty much tasteless and the rice wasn't anywhere near Japanese quality. The Unagi sushi needless to say was also disappointing.

Wonderful food. Great service by the only waitress. But would prefer to be informed that there is a time limit on their website. Overall, good experience. Will go there again.

Waiters were polite except not enough waiters to serve the restaurant

Not a pleasant experience. Outlet was under staffed. The poor servers had to attend to others while taking orders while processing payment. They were frantically running around. Had purchased a voucher through Fave which was a huge scam. Voucher said 4-5 pax but was told that it is only only menu for 4. Whats worst is the details in the voucher posted by Shiu through Fave was for 2 pax. Bad start to the dinner couple with a very busy employees led to a unpleasant experience. My recommendation is to see if you are one of 3 tables before going in. Any more, you will be better off going to the korean place in the same building.

Good service and the serving are good too. We manage to get a lonf bech next to tje window. Very relaxing environment. The ice cream was good too.

food is fresh and price reasonable. will visit again. the pork collar is especially tender. the marinates are good too, not too overwhelming type... unlike restaurants the marinates are over salty or rather too heavy.

The food and service is good. Will be there to eat again. But feel hot as the aircon is not working. Hope it will be service when my next visit.

Within expectations. Kids liked it. There was a number of alternatives at the same building, so they might not be so easy to find. Overall OK.

Not much variety in type of bbq items. Food quality is not bad though. Nicely marinated. Place is well ventilated and will not walk out smelling like a piece of bbq meat. Ginseng chicken soup is super yummy.

Place is easily accessible, ordered set lunch with reasonable price n quality rating acceptable especially when u r charged ave $15/pax. Will try the bbq buffet next time.

Service was prompt and professional. Food quality was above average, most of it came slightly frosted in the middle but food was fresh and tasted great. Incredible value for money and overall extremely pleasant. Would visit again, well recommended.

Had opt for Deluxe buffet, food variety and quality was good. However, drinks were quite limited. Taste of the drinks (Sour Plum & Lime Juice) could be improved. Overall, it was a good Mother's Day lunch we had.

Great variety of meat and seafood. Service was prompt as well. Indeed its smokeless and no smell as mentioned. It came with 50% for 2nd diner hence it was totally worth it!

The wagyu not exactly marbled bit other than that quality of food quite good. Staff was attentive and ambience is good. This is my 2nd visit, the first was when they are still near Jurong Birdpark. Will come again.

Food is of good quality. Very suitable for friends and family gathering. Only 2 waiters so be expecting slow service. Will bring friends here again during promotion.

The service was good. But they don't seem to have prepared enough buffet. A few stuff was running out of stock while we started at 7:30

There wasn't much crowd despite being a Friday evening. Food was the standard fare you get from usual Japanese buffets. Besides the standard buffet, we opted for a free flow Wagyu beef. The Wagyu taste better than the standard beef in the normal buffet but was not fantastic. We paid about $ 80.00 for 2 pax. The good thing is with their special grilling pot, there wasn't much smoke and you don't come out smelling like BBQ.

Small restaurant but with good service, staffs were polite too. Food was good and pricing was also reasonable. Will definitely be back the next time round.

Service was good and the quality of the meat is value for money. Although the location might be a little out of the way, but at least it's close to the mrt.

The food is good and generous in their portion. Nice , quiet place. However the seating is too cramp and suitable to sit too long. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Food is fresh, top up $10 for premium buffet is worth it. Little customers even on a weekday night. Buffet items are served promptly after ordering.

Disappointed. The ala carte menu's selection was quite limited and the items were overpriced. The food quality was not good too. The service was however not too bad.

Service was good and we were well attended to. Meat portions per plate was adequate and were bite size, easier to cook and eat. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Food quality poor and not value for money. You better go for buffet at any Singapore hotel. The environment very dated and old. The staff are ok.

Good value dinner set although very basic; like the fried rice.
