It was good experience with nice Japanese food in there. especially sashimi was awesome I want go again with my precious friends and family !

Good environment and good service, sashimi very fresh, paid $39.90++ for buffet dinner is too worth it, and very convenient to make reservations through Quandoo.

The sashimi was really really good and fresh while the salted grilled dishes were simple and tasty. Service wasn't exactly fast but it was pleasant.

This restaurant should sack their marketing team. Couldn't honor their one-for-one promotion voucher when there are more than 2 persons dining together. Went with 10 but only one dine free. Felt cheated when the voucher didn't clearly state that only one dine free even if there are more than 2 diner.

The food is fresh, service is fast, staff are efficient and friendly. Ambience is cosy, easy to order food, affordable for the freshness of the food!

Understaffed food came slow but ok. Some staff was helpful. Selection of food was limited to lots of rice very little ala carte availiable to us

Petty serving. Imagine receiving just 1 piece serving for item ordered for a table of 3. The pic in e-menu very misleading. Service crew came to ask 3 times for what's remaining in our order not served yet for 3 times. What's the gadget for if you can't track what is irdered in the ipad?

The menu kept crashing and they never gave us some of the food we ordered, but we ate our fill either way and the sashimi was fresh and good!!

Food was nice and delicious. Servings was just right so that we have the capacity to try out most of the dishes and then decide what we should go for in the second round.

nice food butwas abit slow as when i go is full of people plus the lack of staff for delivering the food to the customer. Overall was nice

This is my few times I have been to Shin Minori..They serve very nice Japanese food..Great sushi and the price...Fantastic..The value is worth every penny..The services fm the staff..Great..and fast..I will definitely be going there again soon..My wife joined me and she too loved the food very much..Thanks for the booking by Quandoo too..Well done!

Value for money. Overall experience and food is good. Except when the place started to get packed, food served will be cold when reached your table.

The restaurant is very nice and the food are prepared and served after ordering. Location is easy to be located. Will plan for return visit.

Many variety for the lunch buffet. Used the entertainer app to get 1-1 so it was v worth it. Quality of sushi and cooked food are reasonable, but the miso soup was very watered down and drinks were not included in the buffet.

Quite a wide variety of food selection. Staff is friendly but think they are under-staff. We had made a reservation but was given a rather small area in a corner and the light above was not working.

This is my 2nd visit to the restaurants after so many years. Great job to the Great service as always by the male waiters though I felt the female staff need to have better knowledge of the product instead of arguing with me 😞

The fish is quite fresh, although the cutting is not perfect. Tempura and fried food are below par. But we went there for sashima. So it is quite nice.

Terrible experience. Left the restaurant after 30 minutes after nothing was being served, not even a glass of water. The staff cannot understand simple English.

Quality of food was good. Think they're short of staff hence the waiting time for the food took quite a while. Not a restaurant I'd patronize again.

Great service and friendly staff made our meal enjoyable. We had our birthdays celebrated in a very personal way. Food was very fresh and delicious.

My second visit here. They are doing a la carte buffet style where you order from the tablet and they deliver the food to your table. All are small portions, which is good. In that case, you can try more varities of food. Fresh sashimi, reasonable price.

The temaki had too much rice and not much ingredients. The salmon sashimi was sliced too thick. But menu has variety perhaps a little difficult to order for the 2-seater tables where the tablet was fixed upright.

prompt and courteous service delivery by the crew. Like the food, though portion is small, but acceptable and have great variety to choose from. Not enough, just have to order again. Cheers.

Overall food is good. Staffs & service is good too. Bad experience is thete is a blackout n it took a very long time to recover. This slow down the service as orders has to be taken manually. Within a short span - blackout happen again but this time recovery is faster. Then its already cut off time.

Service quite fast. Could be more friendly. But worth the money.

Very Fresh & delicious food n quick serving n friendly staff, except air con for some seats are not good, a bit stuffing while enjoy good food

The food is good :) It is my first time there and the Staff are busy serving customers. So I have tried to use their iPad to submit their order without bothering the Staff. It takes me a while to successfully submit my order to the kitchen. Maybe the Staff can teach customer how to use it.

The food is good in general. Sashimis and sushis are fresh, tempuras are fried nicely. Yakitori sauces may be a tad too salty. Skip the mentaiko spaghetti though, big portion, lacking in Cod roe flavours. If you are looking for something filling, go for the beef stir fry and a bowl of flavoured rice to share. Beef was tender and so tasty! Great selection of the menu, great service! Book your seats in advance if you dont want to be waiting outside the restaurant watching people feast upon plates and plates of freshly cut sashimi!

Definitely the best Japanese buffet deal in town with the 1 for 1 offer with UOB.please have more credit card collaborations with Citibank or ANZ. 50% would be even better !if not,usually 3 man group will just go for kiseki

Waited for quite a while for the sashimi & some other orders....could be due to shortage of staff or overwhelming response for their 1 for 1 lunch. But food is still good and sashimi is fresh.

Food was okay. Ambience was okay. The location is slightly inconvenient.

The service is bad. Time limitation. Cannot enjoy the food. Food portion was small. Disappointed.

Good and fast service. They improve their service 2x with the addition of the tablets. Food was still the same but it taste as good as before. All was good.

Most of the food was pretty good. Service was okay. Environment was pleasant and clean if a little dark. Only wish the food came a little faster though.

Buffet was great but the clearing of plates was slow and servers are not that attentive. But the food quality was good. Charges apply for drinks. They don't come FOC.

Service staff overwhelmed most of the time. The online ordering system could not cope with the amount of orders coming from all tables. Food is good though.

Good value for money spread though i would love it if they bring back some of the old favorites (especially the mango dessert in the martini glass) to the buffet menu.
