Love the soup bases and enjoyed my time there with my family. Nice meat Options and friendly staff.

They close slightly earlier nowadays so visit earlier, last order is at 10 even thou I originally thought they close at 1130.

Reservation booking was easy, although their English was really basic, so had to effectively speak in Chinese.

The pumpkin old hen soup is really awesome, glad that we listened to the staff's recommendation. Also, as it can be crowded, so place a reservation before coming. All in all, it is a pleasant experience.

Too bad nowadays we can’t make our own dipping sauce. But the restaurant provides 4 kind of sauces for us to choose from.

The staff was very friendly and proactive. The soup base is delicious and the price is cheaper when compared to more well-known hotpot establishments.

shang pin steamboat accommodated to our last minute change of time! very thankful 🙏🏼 they even gave us a fruit platter as it was one of our friend's birthday. we enjoyed the meal!!!! and there's even a lucky draw based on the number of your dice rolled out.

The removal of self-service stations due to covid resulted in slower service, but overall still a good experience, amazing food

I was a little disappointed that there were no appetizers, which is a main draw for me to patronise hotpot eateries. Ordered the usual pork belly, beef, mushrooms, prawn paste, quail eggs, quality generally ok. The chicken stock was good. The cuttlefish was not fresh and the premium crab stick became soft quickly (taste was overly strong).

My favourite hotpot place! Love their golden chicken soup the most, tomato soup is also pretty decent. Service here is great, on par with other famous hotpot places. As for price wise, we paid around $30-40 per person, pretty reasonable. Noodles comes with a show too if you order the signature one. Prawn balls also have very generous servings! Love the tofu skin too

Good service good environment good place for eating and talking

First visit after CB period. Foods are still great. Atmosphere is bit down due to limited spaces but the staff still keep their spirit high and serve us well. Visit and enjoy their food with confidence. Definitely will visit again soon.
