Ribs and steak were really good. Excellent food and pretty good service. However, strong waves may pose difficulties for folks with motion sickness. Really wanted to sit longer for more drinks but the waves made it challenging. Definitely worth making a trip.

Great ambience. Good food, the pork ribs and salad. A bit wobbly throughout and I felt a bit of discomfort but my wife enjoyed it.

Great service. The groupon ribs deal was worth it. Quite tasty, but we thought the dish was not served hot enough. Caramel latte was overly sweet!!! Those with motion sickness should come in the afternoon instead because the tides were high in the evening.

Nice ambience. Food was average. Staff was friendly but service abit slow. Those with motion sickness is highly not recommended as the boat sway quite hard whenever a boat sail pass.

Very unique location with a good view of the sea! Service was warm and hospitable, and everyone was so friendly. Beautiful quaint interiors. You can even request for a seasick pill if you are prone to nausea (but it's better to take it before you board the riverboat). Ribs were good too, definitely recommend it.

Food served were delicious - recommend their regular ribeye (SGD34), and whisky ribs. Although staff were kind of blur when called to inform them regarding delay in arrival for booking and also while dining there (when we asked for help and when we have to request twice for the complimentary birthday brownie), they were still helpful. Only problem is that the boat shakes pretty badly at times and is a NONO to revisit for me because my grandma and I had a hard time dining there due to it ): pretty wasted for their quality food, although abit pricey.

Unique dining experience. Good ambience. Service staff was attentive to our needs and there was excellent service recovery when we waited some time for the food to be served.

Super bumpy dinner. *puke* Kitchen released all e smoke into e restaurant. I'm now super smoked out n smelly. There was also a blur Indian male waiter. Totally zero service from him n full of blunders. Due to his blunder, thanks for the free ribs.

Fantastic ambience, delicious food though the boat is rocky .Enjoyed fully on board Steword Riverboat !! The Whiskey Flambe BBQ Ribs is a must tried !!!

Our experience dining here was good, service from the waitresses were great, food was delicious. On the side note, the restaurant seems to be a little bit warm, maybe or not its because of the weather.

Very good staff service and the food was good ! Those who get sea sick do be aware as it is after all on a boat even though stationery will rock. The staff are really pleasant and helpful !

Great ambience. Not bad food. Great for small group or couples. If you pay with Citibank credit card, and bill more than $100. You get a free bottle of wine.

The dessert buffet was miserable. Service was slow. We waited for 30 mins hour before someone came and have our order properly. We waited for another 40 mins for our main course. To make it worse, there is nothing much for the dessert buffet spread to make up for the waiting time. The appetiser was also pathetic, 6 of us shared a small centre servicing that perhaps only good for two person.

Food was good, but service could be improved, e.g. too eager to clear plates and spilled water on the table when pouring as jug was too full and ship unsteady. Overall, would recomend as it's a novel dining experience.

We discovered this place thanks to a groupon deal. Great service and great food! Highly recommended. The boat can get a little rocky though, so those prone to seasickness may want to sit in the middle where the movement is slightly less vigorous

Food was great and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately I was a little seasick by the end of the meal. It was a memorable meal nonetheless.

The ambience was great. The staff were also on task and friendly towards guests. The manager was also attentive to needs and was welcoming to everyone.

Service was great and restaurant had great ambience. Only thing is that if you have motion/sea sickness you should think twice before having a meal here.

We were there to celebrate both my girls' actual birthday. Server toppled the bottle of red wine on my husband. No attempt at service recovery. I even had to ask that both my daughters be offered the birthday brownies instead of just once. Although it's a place for casual dining, just thought that accidents like spillages on diners especially red wine should have be better handled. No asking for compensation. A sincere apology will do.

Nice setting and unique experience dining in a boat. Food was good with reasonable pricing. Only point to note was the strong currents at night which sent the boat shaking quite abit.

Interesting place to dine. Restaurant on a ship. Very friendly and chatty staff. Reasonably price food. Do not go if u r pro to seasick as the ship rocks from time to time.

While food was average, ambience was excellent. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff in presenting roses to my sister & me for our birthday. Overall, enjoyed the night out with girl friends.

Staff were really friendly and helpful! Brought my girlfriend there but she got seasick due to the movement of the boat unfortunately. However, the waitress provided us some motion sickness pills and also helped to pack the food we ordered for takeaway instead. We ordered honey glazed BBQ baby back ribs which tasted really good! However the turkey quesadillas were so-so and I wasn't a fan of the sauce they used. Would definitely visit again if my gf didn't get sick haha

It's a little noisy on New Year eve. Overall staff is very prompt and polite. Food is good. Love the BBQ Ribs which is recommended by many.

The T bone steak was over cooked and had to order one more and service wise wasn't good waitress didn't recommend us any steak come with promotion.

We had the Ribeye Steak, the blackened Salmon, the blackened Beef Burger and the Salad. The food was reasonably good and tasty, ambience was nice. It was not crowded.

Very cosy place to dine in. People in-charge are nice and friendly. Only con is I believe they hired students as part-time waitresses who are inexperienced but they still did their best. Food was great and in good portion. Buffet was not in quantity but make up for their quality. Definitely going back again.

The ribs we had tasted great, but the service was poor. Staff could not differentiate between the 2 types of red wine served to our table when we asked. And instead of coming to our table scan the Groupon voucher, one of the senior staff got her junior staff to get my phone from me so she could scan it at the counter... GOSH. The ambience is nice and cosy, but could add a table lamp on each table to avoid all the dimness. Overall the service could be improved much further.

Don't celebrate your love ones birthday here! Its going to ruin the party. I made the reservation 1 week before to celebrate my wife's birthday with the family. However, when we there, we were given a table right at the corner back of the boat, where we were deprived of the beautiful sea view at the side of the boat. When I request to change to another empty table which had a better view, the response I got was "my BOSS say this is your table, those tables r reserved." What type of attitude is this? What's the problem with changing a 4 seater reserved table with another 4 seater reserved table? Such was the sluggish attitude and that's just the beginning. The food served to the kids were hot and warm, which should be the case, but the grilled chicken and ribs for the adults was not hot at all, and the ribs even had a foul pork smell that u don't expect to experience in a restaurant! The waitress was very forgetful, we asked for water and it never came. We waved helplessly the whole night to attract their attention but they never see us, because we r chucked in a dark corner. I even hv problem calling for the bill and in the end I had no choice but to walk up to the cashier to pay like I would do in a fast food restaurant. I stated in my reservation that we r there to celebrate birthday, but no effort was made to make the celebration pleasantly memorable... We definitely left the place with a sour taste in our mouth.

The restaurant had pretty good food and the ambience was very unique! Though there were times that the boat swayed quite a bit, it was overall a fantastic experience! (People with seasickness should think twice about coming though!)

The service was very disorganized. Good not ordered was brought and food that was ordered never arrived. Looks like no one is in charge. What we ate was good. But it's a shame such a nice place is run so badly.

Interesting ambience and dining environment on board a river boat for those looking for something different. The location at Marina South Pier can be quite far but it is easily accessible by the MRT. We ordered a gaucho ribyeye and a T-bone steak. The steaks were served with a generous serving of sauteed carrots, zucchinis and onions, wedges for the gaucho and a baked potato for the T-bone steak. Both steaks were cooked nicely to a tender, juicy medium rare and tasted well with the chimichurri sauce and mushroom sauce for the gaucho and T-bone steaks, respectively. The service was prompt and friendly.

The food was nice but the service staff are mostly inexperienced or not alert. They seem busy but not effective... slow, forgetful and need several reminders even though the restaurant was not to full capacity.

Location was nice and quaint, views were good. Food was served quickly and it was pretty delicious. Had the Tex Med Grilled Chicken and the All American Burger. Would go again on another deal.

Went on a Monday evening. Nice atmosphere with good service. Staff was helpful. Food was good. Enjoyed the night out overall. Maybe except a bit rocky, but understand it's inevitable as it's a floating platform. So not for diners with sea sick tendency.
