Good food, environment and great services! Grilled beef cooked to requests. Wine list very comprehensive. Services was great! Friendly and attentive Window seats - great view!

The people at the restaurant were very helpful, guiding us along as it is our first fine dining experience. I particularly like that they offer to take our photographs and develop it to commemorate my boyfriend's birthday.

We to Salt for a special lunch. Decide the set lunch was a good option. It was delicious. God and service were both very good.

The view was great, but food was so so only. We had the degustation menu. The restaurant insisted that everyone on the table must have it. it was a mistake as my daughters and I were full by th 3rd course. Scallops were overdone, red snapper was not fresh.

Fantastic views of the city. The food was great and service staff were attentive. For the quality of food, the prices are quite reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Service was very good, nothing short of expectations. While the food was good, it was just a little shy of the wow factor. Excellent ambience. By the next day, all I had left were impressions of the excellent service and ambience. Food was fairly forgettable.

The location was amazing. We arrived to see the sun set over Singapore. Our waitress was lovely and looked after us well. We were impressed with the nibbles when we arrived which started a great evening of food and wine. We will be back when we revisit Singapore.

Service was excellent. The set lunches come with a full sized dessert. The seared blue fin tuna, I really enjoyed. They took our photo and printed it for our anniversary. Thank you!

Overall, I would say that for the price charged, food was decent but not great. But to get steak and pork over cooked is inexcusable. Had to return the dishes.

Service was very uneven on the night we were there, which was disappointing. The food was generally good but the desserts were only average. The view is spectacular of course.

First of all, we like the environment- ambience and the sky view. We appreciate the accomodative staff who arranged the table near the window panel. Quality of Food is good. Preferably less sweet. Suggestion: install movable sunshade to block the glaring sunlight.

Food for the set lunch was good but not breathtaking and decor needs a mighty overhaul. It looks like the casino with its red carpet. Time for a wood floor and a more elegant dining room

Superbly prepared plates. Their specialities using australian inspired dishes are all a hit. We both enjoyed steaks on this evening. The scallop starter is very tasty. The fois gras starter has a well balanced set of flavors with the star slab of fois gras actually bit too filling. The mystery wine glass is a must do to test your knowledge and have a chance to discuss with their experienced sommelier.

tiny corner table for 2. No starter. 2 meats not cooked as requested. 0ne bottle of wine (ok), 3 cheese platter to share. Around 390sgd! Service was good though but a total rippoff.

Great place for a romantic dinner with excellent sunset and night view at my table. Food was delicious but we couldn't finish the meat for 2. Only for extravagant occasions as it is indeed very costly.

Fabulous views from level 55. Impeccable and attentive service from the minute we arrived. Food was great, and the staff listened to our requests. Although the restaurant was busy we didn't feel as though we were being rushed through our meals.

Beautiful restaurant with an awesome view. Great for a special occassion. Price is definitely worth it. Will definitely return for more. I must say the bone marrow was to die for. The only thing was that the sun can be quite glaring and make the area a little hot if you're sitting towards the corner end where there are no aircon vents during lunch. Overall great place to be at.

We went to the restaurant for my husband's birthday. We like to go to the Salt and Grill for special occasions. Our party of 3 enjoyed the view from a table by the window. All our food was delicious and the service very good.

Food & service excellent as is the view from the 55th floor. Surprised though on asking for finger bowl or towels after oysters to be given tissues and be told they don't offer finger bowls or towels.

We ordered the crab omelette, barramundi, sirloin steak and kurobuta pork. Food was very good. Service staff were attentive and introduced every dish served. The view, as always, was stunning. Will return.

Great location and great view of the entire Singapore. Service is great. Food is okay but a tad expensive, so value-for-money wise not so great.

Had a great time at Salt Grill. View was amazing, food was great. The only down side is the staff inattentiveness at certain points during our meal when we needed assistance. Overall, the whole experience at Salt was worth it.

The staff was very thoughtful to put us to a table that was away from the sun. We liked the ambience and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was presented very beautifully and the food was tasty. But there is definitely areas of improvement. The lift door didnt open when we arrived at 54th floor. And the way to the taxi stand was not clearly indicated when we left.

We were there for the hi tea set. The service and scenic view kind of made up for the food which was average and at a very small portion.

Great view and service. Affordable set lunch. Dishes that are outstanding are marrow, black fin tuna, barramundi, pork loin and omelette. Desserts are pretty good well. Worthwhile place for set lunch.

Food is good and view is superb. Not too crowded and is spacious with lot of natural light. Waiting lobby holds art exhibition which is a good idea.

Nice environment, Wonderful experience, friendly staffs, nice food. However, do take note that there will be a corkage charge if you want to bring your own cake/wine for consumption.

The views are amazing. The appetizers scored over the main course. The main course didn't do justice to the description on the menu or the price. Service was good but nothing exceptional. I have experienced Salt 3 times, and enjoyed every time. Flavor contains various tastes such as Japanese, Thai, and other asian countries. I am looking forward to dinning again.
