Good place, but too many kids. Always show full house but never 100% full

Friendly and helpful service. Drinks were a reasonable price. Platters were good value but don’t get the individual meat dishes as very expensive compared to a platter. Also during our visit we asked if we could be seated under an umbrella but were told that we couldn’t because the club was booked out. However during our 4 hour stay, there were many shaded seats on the beach we could have sat on which remained empty. Turnover at the club is an area to be focused on from both a management (ie you can get more revenue if you can reassign and turnover tables) and customer perspective (attending to customer needs). Nevertheless a pleasant first time at Rumours

The food was really good and enjoyed the drinks too. only down side is the lack of shades when the sun gets a lil tooo hot

Lots of space, big clean pool and excellent pool side showers. All the food we tried was tasty and reasonably priced. Already booked for next week

Overall great first experience with Rumours Beach Club. Despite the Social Distancing impose, the team still serve professionally, hospitably and promptly. Appreciate the team's effort

Was greeted with a rude staff and he was stationed at the front line service. He questioned me as if I’m a kindergartener and he was not wearing a mask while serving me. Makes me question if this club takes what the government says seriously during this period of time. It was my first time here so I have no idea where the sun decks are or if there are any serial numbers at the sun deck. He just pointed and did not direct me for which sun deck I’ve reserved. He was Super rude and not understanding. I hope you can look into this. The other staffs were ok.

Went on a weekend and the place was expectedly crowded, which was probably why the service was slow. However, overall a great place to relax!

It was great. The staff suggested us to take outdoor dining as it is at the beach. Food and drinks was amazing and would definitely come here again.

I had reserved a cabana seat but yet staff was unaware. Also stated that it was my anniversary but nothing done about it. Staff claimed almost every seat was reserved by regulars and seemed more keen on serving them

The only problem is that the waiters only attend to those who’s known to them or other yong girls in obvious manner. Unable to change table or get service fast enough even though the other table came later than us. A bit of disappointment.

I don’t think you get optimum location booked from here

stuff was very friendly, service was good and we all had a great time. The only disadvantage was the play list, music was a bit low and wasnt diversified.

Place and atmosphere is great, pizza and stake are tasty. Some stuff are kind and friendly but one of the male, skinny stuff is not attentive who has a lot of tattoo.

Good place to relax and good food. Love the calamari and seafood platter.
