Royal Palm - Orchid Country Club

I just don't understand why do we have to queue for the food? The food and buffet spread was so- so. Nothing special. It was my first and definately my last there. Luckily its 1 for 1 otherwise I could have waste my money.

There are no shuttle bus to go inside the club. The seafoods is not that many if you come around 8pm. Have to ask to top up the foods if theres left a little. But overall the foods is not that bad.

Nice ambience! Great spread of food - wanted to try everything but too full! Very affordable! All of the staffs were very friendly and they warmly welcome me and my family.... Truly great customer service!!! MC were very entertaining too! However, limited choices of desserts - I’m quite disappointed.

Great place to have dinner with friends and family. Good ambience and helpful staff. Been here for a couple of times. Menu should be refreshed every week though.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the food and ambience. There was also entertainment for us to enhance our dining experience. However it was too crowded for us to enjoy our dinner. We will definitely come back but most likely not for dinner.

Wide varieties of foods to choose. Also has live music. Good ambience for family get together. There are also other activities such as bowling nearby.

All good. More reasons for me to return there soon.

My friends and I love the food and the ambience. However on that day, I did not manage to try any food from one whole station (station with fish, crab, clams, etc) due to long queue. Perhaps the restaurant can look into having 2 or 3 stations of the popular food/station to avoid long queue

Sitting outside when we already booked in advance??? Hot plus flies!! And there’s 4 pax empty seats inside air-conditioner area?? Will be our last visit there!!!!!

It's great and the food is nice.. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Eventhough it's full of people but the food is sufficient and staff top up frequently.

Food was nice n variety were good but the collection of payment was not very satisfying. Long queues were develope from 630pm. Should consider open up earlier by 5 to 10 mins b4 buffet start maybe will shorten the queues.

Spacious and inviting place to dine. Would prefer it better if food is replenished faster. Venue has an old-world Victorian charm to relax and enjoy the night with your loved ones.

Food for the Indian food section I like most. Business was very good even on weekdays. Value for groups gathering during this promotion period. no worries as shuttle bus are available if you dun drive.

Food was fine and service was good but just need someone to control over the dishes since most of the dishes was empty and no one seems to top up. Need someone to control over the dishes examples such as the satay, a person can take min 5 sticks. Overall, it was good and we enjoy it.

Ambience is good.. Food is good too.. Live music performance was good.. Only set-back was lack of food variety.. Overall it was a good experience..

Was quite pack and need to queue for some food like satay and drinks. The tulang also taste not as good as it looked. Nevertheless, still a value for money halal buffet

Lots of varieties food to choose from. It matches our local taste buds. More importantly, the live band that plays wonderful songs that brings backs memories from Chinese, malay, jazz music and even filipino songs. That's great. Good songs goes along with delicious foods. Where else can we find it... Only at Royal Palm OCC.

we are happy that tho we come at very last minute like an hour before closing time but the choices of food still have so much variety.... I love spices so the food is awesome. Their bomb is the fish head curry!!! As for the dessert I love the chocolate brownie!! Soft and moist!! And we really enjoyed the live band!! Will come back again!!

First time having dinner buffet at Royal Palm Orchid Country Club and it was a great ambience. Though it was quite full house but the food is prepared and served sufficient for all diners. Love the live performance and will surely recommend to family and friends. Feels like dining at five star hotel. The seafood and satay is a must to try. Overall, it's the perfect place to celebrate all sorts of occasions.

It was too crowded but maybe because it was the weekend. Food wise was fine. Drinks wasn’t replenished till I requested. Ice-cream servings should have more varieties & again were not being replenished. Ambience is good with the pool & golf course views.

The atmosphere was great. But the crab we ate were not fresh. Not many great food I supposed. Very unlikely will come back here again.

The place was fantastic equipped with delicious food, with awesome songs from the live band. Loving the choice of the live bands! Super duper awesome

It was a pleasant feeling. The food is abundant .. u can spoil yourself over there... but if u not use to roasted beef .. please don’t try it. there is music , over all its thumb up.

The ambience was great. Quite a spread of food selection. There was also a live band to entertain the crowd. However the food can be topped up more regularly.

Overall was good..ambience very cosy and relaxing with liveband around. Food spread was so so. It could be better with more choices of food spread and some sauces for salad like caesar sauce thousand island or etc.. staff friendly..

The food were okay but prawns not that fresh. The main dish, that was the crab disappointing. Should used the seafood crab (eg like sri lanka crab) instead of flower or snow crab. The room inside is abit warm too. Thank you

The food is 5/5 but the place is just too cramp. They are taking in more customers then what they could handle. My food was taken away even before i could start.

NICE COSY PLACE TO HAVE BUFFET AT. MY WIFE AND I WERE SEATED AT NEAR THE POOLSIDE. WE HAD A GOOD TIME. THERE WERE MANY VARIETIES TO CHOOSE FROM. THE FOOD WERE TASTY. 1-1 WORTH IT.

The food are more on curry cooking should have sushi type or more on western style food but we had a great time eating, foods was nice👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Not much variety.. filling n tasty dishes.. the tandoori chicken n naan was amazing. can do better about the queue for satay as it was too long

Wide selection and delicious food for their buffet! It is definitely much better than their other outlet! Their service is also great! Perfect for family gathering.

Nice place and ambiance, Good service from staff. I believe I got the pool seats as I came as a young couple vs other patrons, which I don't mind. Food variety a bit limited, only one beef item(roast beef). However, some items had really nice taste to it. My favorites will be the fry chicken black pepper and the dessert kueh section( I think they made them themselves). I will come back but only on weekdays where they have the 1 for 1( 1 pax only 20++). I think there's real value there.

The satay turnover was too slow. The band was too loud, sound system bad which spoiled our dining experience. The Indian food choices were good. The rest so so.

Everything was excellent except for the satay waiting time too long. The place was nice great for family outing. Hope they will improve the satay waiting time.

Many varieties of dishes. However, food quality was not as what we had hoped for. Especially when we were looking forward to try the fish head curry but much to our surprise, the fish still had scales on the skin. It ruined the eating experience a little. We don't mind trying again and hopefully next time round, food quality would be better.

I find the some of the dishes a little bit salty. Dont really enjoy much. Ok for a try and for the price of 1for1. There's not much choice for me to return. Overall i would say it was just a so so.

Choice of food were mediocre. Not much choices were dished out. Place was not bad, could have been better with the layout. Overall, it is a good place should you want to have a larger group as it was not crowded when we were there on a Friday evening.

Quite pleasant. Plenty of food. Nothing special. Just like any other Malay/Halal buffet. Find the live music a wee bit too loud. Its just a personal preference.
