Interesting experience! Liked the quiet ambience and location! Can stroll along Quay side after meal

Nice cute and quaint restaurant by the water. Food is clean and portions are a decent size. The wine list is also very reasonably priced. 2nd time, 1st time for dinner - will definitely be back. Service is also A+.

This is my 3rd visit to the restaurant. Besides the food is good, the service staff is attentive and accommodating with our requests. I will surely return for more.

Overall food is alright, however service requires improvement. Also, air conditioner should be on for the air to run before opening. A little suffocating in the first 10mins of arrival.

Reasonable price, for fantastic fine french food.... by the river! On a side note... fine food at this place does NOT mean small samples of food, but healthy portions!

Despite us turning up 1h late for our reservation, Absinthe staff welcomed us and brought us upstairs to our table. We had escargots and foie gras for appetizers. Foie gras was great, escargot was a little blend. I had black cod as my main, it was delicious. Also, I did no regret choosing choc lava cake as my dessert.

Would be great if the outdoor area is non-smoking. Thanks for the lovely birthday cake!

A great restaurant to celebrate a special occasion or to take visitors, located by the Singapore River. Excellent service, delicious food and intimate ambience. We all enjoyed the weekend executive lunch.

Food was well done. I had a peaceful and quiet lunch as the restaurant is not crowded. Ambience was good. Servers are friendly. Will be back again.

Great location, great service, reasonable price. Definetly will go back there! Right a the singapore river. Not much more to say then just give it a try!

As usual, Absinthe is a nice restaurant, with good food and a choice of wines at a very decent price. Overall a good value for the price.

1st june 2016 wednesday... Celebrated my husband's 55th birthday with the family at this rustic honest to goodness french restaurant. Food and ambience was perfect coupled with good service, it was a wonderful wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The food was very good, so was the service. The only problem was that the restaurant did not receive our booking done through Quandoo. Luckily they had a table for us.

Good french restaurant - Wine selection and price are ok - for a red wine, you should try the Gidondas - the beef tartare is excellent!

Food was terrific and delicious. But the dessert I ordered (fondant) took 25 mins to arrive.. Spoilt the whole experience and the dessert was super small portion and not value for money

Lovely modern French food in great atmosphere. Either sit out by the water or inside in very intimate environment. We've eaten here 3 times now and the food is always good.
