Great food and excellent service. The dough balls went great with the three dips. The burrata was very fresh. Absolutely delicious. The pizzas done to perfection. Looking forward to next visit to try the pastas and desserts.

Waitstaff was patient as I asked questions about the menu. Service was good and unintrusive. Food was excellent. I had eaten in Pizza Express London a few years ago and the food in the Singapore Scotts Sq is just as good!

Still very new, lots of time to improve their customer service

We (my family and I) love Pizza Express, it was one of our favourite places to eat in the UK and was very happy to see a branch open in SG. The pizzas were just as good as expected, the dough balls was delicious with extra dippings that we didn't get in UK. The service was very good and efficient, something we don't often experience in SG. Finally our meals arrived together!!! In most places our meals would be delivered at different times, meanings one person could have nearly finished their meal before the other person's meal arrived. Not quite eating together when 4 meals are staggered. However at Pizza Express, we got to eat TOGETHER :-) . The only reason I didn't give the last star was because there was some missing choices in the menu.

Food is juts like being in UK, which is great. Service excellent. Location of restaurant in the lobby by escalators is only think wrong, but will be a regular visitor

Good food. Shame there isn't a more extensive menu with a lunch special. Our pizza was taken to the wrong table, but they quickly made a fresh one. Good overall.

Love the food but there seemed to be shortage of staff, otherwise I would have given full marks. We love the dough balls very much.

Great service. The staffs are wonderful. Food tasted unique and great! Restaurant is clean, neat and is well decorated. Would definetely eat at Pizza express again!👍🏼

We had a wonderful evening at Pizza Express. Great place, awesome food, very very helpful staff and we would like to go there more often. It's on one of our favorite restaurant list! Today was my daughters 10th birthday and I had asked the staff to arrange for a cake and light 10 candles and sing for her as they bring in the cake and they so happily agreed to my request. Made our daughters day so special and memorable. Thank you Pizza Express and Charlene (staff who took my request on the phone). We love your place!

Excellent service and lovely surroundings. However, I was disappointed they do not serve the great Niscoise salad that's available in their U.K. restaurants. Also, we had to send the wine back as it was off! They opened. New bottle for us without question though - which was nice! 😊

I got to try the food at Pizza Express, previously, in Hong Kong and Bali..and I love it...my experience here was great too...service was excellent and the food is still as tasty., .however, it took a little while for the main course to be served but it's worth waiting...my family has enjoyed too...

Food was good especially pizza and dough balls but staff still learning the ropes and can be rather distracted with little things leaving patrons unattended for periods of time.

Dough balls were yummy with three different sauces to accompany, each offering a different dimension. Ordered a american hottest pizza which was quite tasty, the crust was thin so it is difficult to eat it using a fork and knife.

Service was pretty slow and it seems that they were quite understaffed. It took awhile to get seated even though we had a reservation made. Food was not too bad but not worth the wait

Its a great plc for great quality food. Service is alittle slow but very friendly. Its defininetly for family or friends gathering. Pizzas are a must to ve n dough balls r great for a fight between adults and kiddos.

Great place, service was fantastic, we came with our three year old and the waiter was very helpful with her providing colour set etc, they also have a children's menu, nice pizza, will be back!

Service and quality were like the Pizza Express outlets in London---- phenomenal. All the pizza was served super hot and fast. We can't wait to go back!

The food was great, but we unfortunately experienced mediocre service. Our waiter was very helpful, but the restaurant mishandled a situation when one of the ladies who was cleaning up our plates accidentally threw away my husband's medication. When we asked about it, the lady pretended it didn't happen and ignored us the entire night. Not OK.

i know where to go for my pizza the next time. Love the crust and overall taste. Is nicely done. Service staffs were attentive too

Same as the first time we went. Great quality and value for money. Kids are always happy after a meal at pizza express. Nutella dough balls are great.

The pizzas and salads are as good as the London branches and a long overdue outlet in Singapore. Ambience in the mall is, well, it's a shopping mall. Service was slow as they apparently burnt our first pizza, but then noone told us until after our meal. A quick update and a smile was all they needed to add.

Good pizzas. The Classic range has yummy chewy dough. The starters and salad were reasonably priced. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only minus: The Homebaked Chocolate Cake was way too sweet.

Good ambience. Full house on a wednesday night. Shortage of servers during the peak hour (7-9pm). Kids were given a set of coloring book and color pens.

Thankful that it is finally in Singapore! It was a super experience, great ambiance, good service. Looking forward to visiting there again soon hopefully :)

Delighted to see Pizza Express has arrived in Singapore - the pizzas were excellent and great value. the staff and service was very good - we will definitely be going back.

Our Birthday Reservation request for a booth seating turns out to be the seat right at the entrance walkway. Felt like reservation was utterly redundant.

Staff was very helpful though they were busy - our reservation had been logged as being in the evening instead of for lunch. They gave us a table though and quite swiftly too. The pizzas were lovely, service was prompt and friendly. Their kids menu is very nice and they were willing to swap the drink out of the kids menu for another on the regular one at the same price - without us asking for it. I really appreciated that!

Great food and good prices too. Service was friendly and fast. Big thumbs up from us and the kids: would have been full marks if not for location... The entire seating faces a Fair Price or a Guardian for a view. Perfect for a lunch or dinner date with kids but not a good setting for date night with partner.

Good food and great service! Definitely recommended. They also have a lot of vegetarian options which is fantastic. The service staff is very prompt and attentive.

If you are a fan of Pizza Express from the UK, then you definitely wont be disappointed! Most of the menu is the same. the quality of the food is good. Great service. Definitely going back! No bruschetta con funghi, which was my favourite starter back home, but the classic pizza express dough balls make a return!

Quality was as good as the UK or Hong Kong. Same setting and feel as the original locations. Service was fantastic. Kids meal, great value for money with dough balls to start, a main, a desert with a drink all for SGD $12.

Service, service, service.... I appreciate that the ordering process is automated but when it takes the waitress 10 minutes to place your order because she can not easily find the menu items, something is not right. One main came out 15 minutes before the other mains. Upon asking for dessert menu, we were handed one (1) menu for a table of four?! We asked for our leftover pizza to be placed in a takeaway box and were greeted with a small white cardboard box with our pizza slices stacked one on top of the other (so single slice pizza size box with 6 slices crammed in) and tomato sauce stains all over the box (obviously whoever did the transfer had greasy hands!). Very unappetising in every way. As to food, very average flavour and taste. Nothing to pull me back in and say, we must go to Pizza Express. Sadly not like our Pizza Express experiences in London.

Good food, good value, noisy environment, items missing from order, difficult to get table, lots of reservations. Would go again, but probably avoid weekend. Recommended.

The food was great, the ambience was good, totally relaxing, and the staff were friendly. Strongly recommend the restaurant to friends and colleagues for a place to gather and relax over good food and service.

Really great restaurant. Attentive service and good quality pizza. Reasonable price for glasses of wine. The menu is a reduced version to the UK for pizzas, however some of the classics are there and they will not disappoint.

Great food , great ambience and good service. We will definetly go back soon. The menu seems smaller than ones available in most overseas markets.

Good, friendly service albeit slightly slow. Very good food with a decent range for vegetarian starters and main courses. Could have more vegetarian options for dessert.

The food was great and the staff were cheerful and accommodating. Only problem was the time of serving. It took so long before our orders were served.

Best pizza! Love the dough. Thin, chewy and crusty. Ambience is good for gathering and get together. Good acoustics so no worries about the place being too noisy.
