Service was prompt. Staff took initiative to call us to confirm reservation and also reserved the last lobster for us. Whole lobster was fresh and lobster roll was delicious! Thank you!

Long waiting time for food and drinks. Shorthanded of staff - despite full house occupancy, they tried their best to tend to guests but the waiting time is still too long.

Enjoyed my dinner there, price wise is acceptable for a whole lobster dish.

The restaurant failed to inform that only valentine's day menu is served on 14th feb. Failed to update customers with the changes when they called to confirm reservation.

Simple and nice setting, food is great, staff is friendly.

I went for lunch and ordered the grilled lobster. Thr portion was satisfying and the taste was sumptuous. Thumbs up!

Went there a few times due to discounted vouchers. Food was not too bad but I wonder what happened? It used to have really long queues and so on but not now. There were hardly anyone.

I got my seat upon arrival and the waitress recommended me the grilled Lobster which is good. I enjoyed eating here and looking forward to come back again.

I have been to this Pince & Pints 2 years back, it seems the standard of food has drop. It is not as value for money like 2 years ago.

Ordered calamari which was hard due to over frying. Lobster roll was loosely stuffed with lobster meat and the Lobster Mac and Cheese had countable small pieces of lobster meat. For the price and quality of food, it's not worth the visit.
